Me gusto mucho el servicio y tratamiento del personal, todo el mundo muy anable y servicial.
No me gusto servicio del restaurante, el desayuno muy bueno, caliente, pero la misma cosa todos los dias, yo entiendo que es un típico desayuno inglés, pero debio haber mas variedad. Yo soy Hindu, me gusta el picante y no habia salsa picante en ninguna parte del hotel. La próxima vez traigo mi propio picanto 😊

It was clean, staff was very helpful and answered our questions as far as how to get around to London. They also kept our luggage at their office until we got a room. They also let us into our room ahead of scheduled which was nice after our disembarkation from a long cruise. Breakfast was really good as well. Highly recommended it!

說到不足, 自助早餐比較簡單, 泊車位不足一半時間要泊外面公眾沙地, 下雨及括風比較麻煩, 離市中心較遠開車約25分鐘

Breakfast was good but a bit chaotic. One staff member got a bit upset when we asked if there were any more sausages, she was a bit frazzled under pressure. Room was good but shower left a big puddle in the bathroom

Me gusto mucho el servicio y tratamiento del personal, todo el mundo muy anable y servicial.
No me gusto servicio del restaurante, el desayuno muy bueno, caliente, pero la misma cosa todos los dias, yo entiendo que es un típico desayuno inglés, pero debio haber mas variedad. Yo soy Hindu, me gusta el picante y no habia salsa picante en ninguna parte del hotel. La próxima vez traigo mi propio picanto 😊

It was clean, staff was very helpful and answered our questions as far as how to get around to London. They also kept our luggage at their office until we got a room. They also let us into our room ahead of scheduled which was nice after our disembarkation from a long cruise. Breakfast was really good as well. Highly recommended it!

Our stay was one night before embarking on our cruise ship. Location is good for cruise port, but not too many things in walking distance. Hotel staff is excellent!

Dated property. Pics on hotels.com no longer represent current reality. Room clean, but dated. Sofa stained. Bathroom tiles chipped. Desk chipped. Half power outlets didn't work. Claims there's a cafe for dinner, but it's really the bar menu. Convenient to get to cruise terminal.

The staff is EXCELLENT at the check-in, bar and the restaurant. Everyone is very helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The only complaint is that the carpet in the room needs to be cleaned, other than that it was great.

Nice hotel for a 1 N stay. Many cruisers are using it.
Nice staff. We got a handicapped room. The bed was very small, smaller than a queen size bed for 2. Otherwise it was fine.
