房間基本上佈置得很溫西很舒適,但浴室的門是壞的,而且不是不能鎖門的壞,是鎖了門打不開,於是我們其中一個夥伴就這樣被鎖在浴室裡一個多小時,飯店最後只好破換了那扇門,之後飯店開始還不打算幫我們換房間,要我們將就一下,問題是我們一群四人裡有男有女使用一個沒有門的浴室實在是很不方便,在argue了約半小時之後,飯店勉為其難地幫我們換到了一間比較小但是浴室門沒壞的房間,之後飯店人員就消失無蹤也沒有詢問換房後的狀況,讓我們這次的旅程印象非常不好！

Booked two rooms Queen and twin room. Was given wrong rooms at check in they had given my son and his 13 year old daughter a double bed, took ages to fix although male member of staff did arrange room Chang. Then my key wouldn’t work.given a different room. Put our bags in went straight out. Food was supposed be available from 10.00 but we had to wait till 12.30. No brunch menu available. Doubled up on one of the orders. Coffee and Chocolate machine weren’t working. Didn’t hardly sleep as loud humming noise in the room all night. In morning noticed toilet roll holder hanging off the wall as was the knob in the shower. Although we were only staying one night was not happy. The male receptionist was really polite and helpful. When I gave my key card back and told female receptionist, she said she would let maintenance know. Would not recommend. Chose this hotel because of reviews!!!!

Very good breakfast selection. Just realised that I missed the suitcase stand because it was tucked away in the hanging cupboard. Your excellent staff deserve some extra help because they have too much on their plates. The place is understaffed. Good value for money.

Too many dogs in the resturant.. even on the lead they were sniffing towards to the buffet and were pretty close

We only stayed for 1 night, hotel was very quiet before Christmas. Staff were friendly, a little slow at the bar area. I think short staffed so lucky it was quiet. Clean room, breakfast and service was good. Lots of choice and nothing too much trouble.

First hotel I’ve ever been to with a choice of smoked and unsmoked bacon for breakfast, great spread and the family room had 2 large beds rather than a sofa bed.

Check in was smooth and easy. Charlie was very pleasant and helpful. The room was prepared well and clean and tidy. Hotel facilities were good. Restaurant food was nicely prepared and presented and was very tasty. The coffee machine (premier room) was a bit of a faff to use but when it was figured out, produced nice coffee. One comment we read said there was a £10 parking charge. This was not the case and parking was free for travellers, but you must register the vehicle at reception.

Overall a good hotel to stay at. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was extremely good. A few personal moans: Room was poorly lit. No bedside sockets. Not enough hangers or cups for twin occupancy. Shower temperature was difficult to control. Cost of 3rd parking was extortionate.

Very friendly staff, room is cleaned on daily basis, eco friendly, yummy dinner.

Dud not participate. I the morning found that the shower did not work and reported to reception. Msintenancemsn was at the doorbell after 5 mins good responses . However, he could not fix it straight away and a spare room was organised for us to use that shower Good responses all round.

The whole trip was spoilt after we transferred our room - broken toilet seat in the first one. the second room had a nasty humming noise from outside our room, it could be heard even with the window shut- sound not dissimilar to a generator noise.Having rang down to complain, was told all rooms were sold and there were no options- the website showed availabilty!
