Quick and easy check in. Gave my daughter a kitkat which went down a treat!!
Rooms aren’t huge, but did the job for 1 night before an early flight.
Staff in the restaurant were really friendly. Good quality food that didn’t cost the earth. Kids eat free which is great. They have a cupboard with games and puzzles which is a nice touch.
Check out was easy even at 4:30 am. A guy asked us if we wanted a hot drink to take with us which was a nice touch. Would use the hotel again for sure.

Deep disappointment with the quality of our stay.
Upon our arrival, we were dismayed to discover that the bedsheet in our room was visibly soiled with black marks, leaving us with serious doubts about its cleanliness and whether it was even new. This issue raised immediate concerns about the overall hygiene and standards of the room.

距离机场有点距离，步行10分钟左右，沿着机场hotels的路牌指示可到，但是路面不是很平，拖着箱子走有些费力。酒店房间不大，条件一般不过安静，可以做转机休息。早餐不错，餐厅服务员也nice，就是夜班接待的前台业务不太熟练，办理入住破费了一番功夫。另外，酒店对外国信用卡自动转换成美元，汇率很差，给人的体验很不好。

I always stay at this hotel when travelling from the Luton Airport. Its very convenient and close to the airport. I often just walked to the airport - its not far at all.
Hotel staff are really nice and friendly and try to help as much as they can which I really appreciate it.

needs to be refurbed - rooms are smelling , carpets are done, AC are not allways in good condition, elevator needs service .
only the gym was clean and overall ok.
the staff at the breakfast is realy friendly and serves all you wiches.
the staff on the reception , time to time trainie or new, are not realy motivated or knows that the guest is the king.
