It was a very pleasent staying in Holiday Inn- London West. Staff are helpful, room is clean and comfort! surely will re-visit when i travel in London

Perfect experience living in the hotel for 3 nights. Staff are friendly and helpful. The check in and out are smooth and the rook is great. (people who are not driving but taking underground to north acton station. it is not a long walk, like a straight line but please note, there is not steps-free from platform to gate at the moment)

Door card or the door sensor does not work, need to change card for more than 4 times during 3 days stay, and need to run up and down to changed the door card. Also there's not even have the towels on the 1st night.

位置很好，离地铁站不远，有充足的停车位，每天收费15磅，服务设施齐全

Great stay and its really convenience around, u can find Mcdonald's, subway and supermarket nearby

Stayed four nights for business trip. Good location, good price and service. Will come again.

location and breakfast are good, front desk staff are helpful and pleasant. However the housekeeping standard disappointed me. The room looked like clean and tidy, but I found that they didn't replace the bath towel even the towels were still wet and I have put them in the bathtub. They folded it likely and looked like it was dry and clean. It really and annoyed me and I had to complain to the front desk.

The staff at the reception desk are working hard, effective and helpful. The hotel overall us clean and clam. There aren’t any restaurents near the hotel and the one in the hotel is the only option. A supermarket locates just 5 ~ 8 minutes walk from the hotel.

Hotel lobby excellent and staff polite helpful and efficient. Room was large and very clean and comfortable with a great nights sleep. Bathroom was slightly disappointing, with tiles and grout clearly aging and in need of attention. Paintwork on inside of bathroom door very tired and a crack in the bowl of the toilet. None of these spoilt the function of any of the bathroom facilities, but they were not up to the standard of the hotel itself of the bedroom part of the room.

Space for double room is very less, sofa bed not comfortable, food price is very expensive and my room 401 - floor has lot of scratches.

We booked this hotel because it advertised on Expedia that it has laundry FACILITIES and has air conditioning. However, it does NOT have laundry facilities but only laundry service. The air conditioner never worked.

We had a wonderful stay, The rooms were clean and comfortable and the location was perfect but what truly made our experience special was the warm and helpful service from Goksel Ucak at reception.He went above and beyond to assust us throughout ourbstay, making us feel truly welcomen Thank you Goksel, for your kidness and professionalism- because of you, we would definitely return this hotel.

Arrived was able to park at hotel found all staff very helpful hotel was very clean nicely decorated with a open and airy feel all amenities where clean and well presented I will definitely use them again

Very convenient hotel for access to the tube network. We had an issue with the reservation when checking in as I’d booked 3 rooms but they only had 2 reserved, eventually sorted but took a while and staff weren’t exactly forthcoming with an apology or explanation. One of the other rooms also had access issues with cards not working. Overall our stay was ok but could have been much better.

Goed gesitueerd dichtbij twee stations naar het centrum (ca 30 min lopen plus rijden naar Bond Street). Decor en kamers een beetje saai, maar service en ontbijt zijn erg goed
