Hotel is very poor condition no swimming pool no refrigerator supervisor very terrible no customer service satisfaction

Worth the money we pay for clean nice stuff great breakfast

The staff when we were checking in was so nice and welcoming had a lovely chat with him

Very friendly staff, stayed extra 45 mins after the check out time, and they were very accommodating. Nice and affordable stay with good location for commuting around London. Excellent shower and clean bathroom. Good value for money.

Decent place to stay, but you should be aware this is not an upmarket and can be intimidating if you're not familiar with East London aesthetics.

clean and tidy in the room

I had a room on the second floor, 208. It seemed to have the boiler and air condition units for the floor in there so could hear running water and fan noise all night. Not the best sleep!!

Excellent with service and room was very clean

Bed was comfortable and huge. Room and bathroom immaculate. Checkout was 12 so didn't appreciate 2 didn't people knocking on the doors prior to this. One to clean the room and the other to fix a switch which we hadn't reported.

Inexpensive, clean and close to transportation. The hotel serve breakfast and dinner on the restaurant but, there’s a great Turkish restaurant near by.

The hotel is within walking distance between 2 tube stations.

Cleanness and friendly service

Staff was amazing

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Loved having housekeeping every day. That went by the wayside in America after Covid. The breakfast was by far the largest selection I've ever seen in a hotel. It accommodated all dietary types and everything we tried tasted great. I appreciated the abundance of protein options. I chose a hotel within walking distance to things like the London Eye and also a train station. Both were easily walkable. I have zero complaints about our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Was ok just for 1 night

The hotel is nice enough. I was disappointed that the two rooms that I booked weren’t on the same floor and one of the rooms didn’t have the two beds I was anticipating. They had to bring in a foldout.
