We had a one night stay. The beds were comfortable and the water was hot and powerful. The bathroom was a bit snugbut im.not complaining. The stay was great value for money. It included dinner and breakfast. Not corden bleu but certainly enjoyable

Very nice staff, easy booking and checking in and out

I reserved a premium room because we were staying 3 days and wanted to be comfortable. The premium rooms were one floor down, no elevator. I walk with a cane and have a heart condition and therefore cannot do steps. The hotel should have premium rooms available on the main level so people like me can enjoy the premium rooms also. Very disappointed.

Brilliant stay, staff at check in and for meals couldn’t have been more friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate in staying again. The dinner, bed and breakfast package is also extremely good value.

One of the best Holiday Inn we have stayed at with great spa facilities including swimming, sauna, steam and jacuzzi. Also catered for gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options in breakfast and dining options. Decent breakfast with nice smoothies! We booked a premium room so had complimentary mini bar replenished everyday with free water, chocolates, crisps and pepsi. My daughter enjoyed playing in the kids area with table football, jengha and 4 in a row! Staff were very helpful and nice too. Special thanks to Laura who was more than happy to help with a smile always! Great experience and would definitely visit again!

Good overall but room far too hot was unable to turn radiator off so had to sleep with air conditioning on and window open to cool room

The outstanding customer service was the highlight at this hotel. Great facilities (swimmimg pool.and gym) with standard room that I booked. The odd carpet stain (in the room) but no complaints on cleanliness at all.

First stay here, really nice great food

We had a premium room, but whilst it was clean and tidy the bed was rather on the small size. surely for a premium room it should have a king size bed. The shower was useless. There was no water pressure so the water just dribbled out. I suspect this was due to our room (340) being the last room on the landing. So do not accept that room!

Room too hot, turned off under window radiator Room thermostat no instructions. Bed casters annoying if you catch your bare feet on them

The receptionist gave us a warm welcome and was very attentive but we felt our stay went a little down hill after this. There was a very loud man walking around the hotel shouting and swearing we weren’t sure if he was a staff member or guest as he was using cleaning supplies. The spa and gym area was very dissapointing. The male changing rooms had no cubicles for changing, the gym was packed and you couldn’t get on any equipment. The pool area was not set up for a spa/relaxation area as you might expect when it is advertised as a spa hotel, it was noisy and very open to being looked at by all the male gym users that made you feel very uncomfortable. The sauna was out of order. We had children running up and down our corridor very early and then a cleaner starting hovering and cleaning adjacent rooms at 9am. Fair to say we did not have a relaxing stay and could not sleep in. The staff at the bar area could use some training using the coffee machine. The first staff member that took my order said he didnt know how to make a latte so bare with him it might be bad, then handed us to another staff member who had to make our drinks twice because she said she did it wrong. I would not stay here again.

Staff were really helpful and kind, very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was quite small.

Friendly front desk - enjoyed the gym with its diverse range of equipment for cardio and strength - the breakfast was a generous option
