When I got to the hotel it was closed. The are two phone numbers one in the door saying to contact for assistance- when I phoned this number the phone was switched off, I left voicemails which no one returned. There was another phone number on the sign, which is also the same as Expedia and this number just rang out. There are key boxes on the doors, but no one left me a key or sent me a code if the hotel had had to close in an emergency. I was there left on my own with no access to the hotel room I had booked and paid for. I had to then phone another hotel and check in at premium price late at night or would have had nowhere to stay, nearly a week later and still no one had returned my calls or sent me a refund!
