I had a lovely stay. It was convenient for me as the place has a bike shed easily accessible at any time. Room was comfy and the breakfast was delicious. The owners had plenty of helpful advice for things to do.

Mike & Mandy are the perfect hosts. An incredibly nice couple. We had the room at the top of the house which meant having the whole floor including a 5 star bathroom. Be warned, this room only suitable if you're OK with steep stairs, but hugely worth the climb if you can. Every detail is taken care of. An excellent stay and we will be returning.

This was the best B&B I've ever been to. It was so homely and comfy and Mandy and Mark were just fabulous! So funny and I can fully see why they are in this industry; they're funny, friendly, charming and very attentive to all details in their B&B. Would absolutely stay again.

Fantastic stay, Mandy was very welcoming upon arrival a pot of tea & cookies was most welcome. Room was spotless, breakfast was great absolutely 100% would recommend !

We had the loveliest time staying with Mandy and Marc. All the little details were perfect - from the cosy, well equipped bedroom and the spacious, clean bathroom to the delicious breakfast and friendly, homely feeling throughout. They offered us lifts to and from the ferry, which was so kind and also accommodated our slightly later breakfast time. We will 100% stay here again next time we’re on the Isle of Wight.

Very friendly and welcoming

I’d like to thank Mandy for a welcoming stay, albeit just one night. The super king bed was amazing as was our room and en-suite ,will be back again at a later stage

A lovely stay. The room was very nice with a large comfy bed and a great shower in the bathroom. Well located within walking distance of Cowes town centre and with room to park. The hosts were very friendly and cooked a great breakfast with plenty of options. Very accommodating with our check in time.

We absolutely loved our stay in holly tree b&b! Mandy was amazing host and she insisted to pick us up from the station too. She also recommended us with lots of options to visit and have great food. Not to forget loved her home made fresh breakfasts! A must stay.

Mandy is a fantastic host--she went over and above to make our stay comfortable (including lifts to and from the ferry port and letting us meet her two gorgeous dogs). The breakfast was absolutely cracking and the BnB is really well located, comfortable and clean. Our room was beautiful and cosy, we would definitely stay here again!!

GREAT B&B , Highly recommended Made to feel very welcome

From the moment I booked Holly Tree House Mandy the owner could not have been more helpful. She emailed me with lots of information including about booking the ferry, where to eat and what to see. When we arrived I can honestly say that this was the best B&B that we have ever stayed in, the room (Yacht Haven) was absolutely beautiful and the bathroom was stunning. Every detail had been thought of to make our stay comfortable such as excellent tea and coffee making facilities and lovely soaps and hand cream and the choice at breakfast was excellent. I cannot recommend more highly.
