Hotels.com verified review
Apartment was great apart from issue with hot water. My main problem was not with the owner of the apartment, but with the management company "Host and Stay".
They take a refundable deposit straight away but it takes 14 days to get it back!!!
As there was issues with hot water they offered a partial refund, again this took over 14 days and numerous messages/calls to request call back.
Very frustrating, I will be checking future bookings to make sure "Host and Stay" are not managing the apartment before I book
