The room was spotless and very spacious. Very helpful host. The location and price were perfect.

We had a wonderful stay, The host was very friendly and welcoming, the room was spotless clean, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to town. Parking was easy and convenient, which made everything stress-free. Highly recommended!

Excellent overall experience. The place was within walking distance to the beach. Parking was included in the stay. Place was clean, very comfortable mattress, hosts were extremely pleasent to stay with. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely use the hotel again.

Had a very pleasant stay at Hotel 50. Mel was very accomodating and was greeted us on arrival and on departure. She was also very helpful in providing info of the local area. Very kindly provided a bottle of milk and bottles of water in the upstairs fridge. Breakfast offered but did not take up the option. Good location for Boscombe sea front and high street. 3/4 spaces for parking on front drive, had no issues getting a parking spot. Check in before 9pm, struggled a bit unlocking and locking the doors but Mel advised this was a common thing and was on hand to help.

Really friendly, considerate and welcoming hosts. Hotel is really clean and quiet too. Nice breakfast and the fresh raspberries were lovely -as was the post breakfast free homemade banana muffin! Hotel is not far from the beech. I would definitely stay there again - top stuff.

Had a fantastic stay matt and Mel made us very welcome at there property breakfast was amazing room was lovely there was a fridge to use for milk and water and Mel made some lovely banana muffins nothing was to much trouble for them definitely use them again

Mel and Matt were great hosts! Very accommodating, great breakfasts, and overall attentive in regards to suggesting places to eat and things to do. Boscombe is nice and quiet, with a perfect beach away from the crowds. Will book again if back in town!

Travelled down from Suffolk for a three night stay and to sample the South coast. Matt and Mel were super friendly and helpful with local knowledge and places to eat and drink. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh which set us up well for the day. Defo recommend

Great hosts and a lively stay. Close to the beach and Boscombe town.

A very pleasant stay. It is a short walk to the shops and the beach and not far from the Railway Station. The breakfast was very good and there was amble choice. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. Facilities to make your own tea and coffee provided in the room.

Nice and quiet at night, very clean room, good breakfast owners helpful. Will stay again
