The room is hot and there is a notice ask people not to open the window before informing the staff.

我在这家酒店度过了糟糕的5个晚上。入住的第一时间就告知前台，洗手盆的下水堵堵住了，排水不通畅。直到最后一天也没有人来修理，刷牙洗脸就对着满池子脏水，真的很噁心。 房间不能开窗，对面就是酒店的厨房。房间里面的地毯很脏、设施很旧很旧。有一天晚上，有一只巨大的飞虫出现在房间，追了十几分钟才处理掉。太差了，千万别去住

Incredible value for money. Much better than I was expecting for what I paid. Clean, tidy and comfy. Price included breakfast which I thought would be very basic but was actually very good. Will definitely use again when I'm in London.

Super small, terrible bathroom and they charged me a lot of money without any reason.

Room was reasonably clean, but the cabin single is very small. Furniture was past its best, external door from the room which did not lock. Bathroom very tired and shower in particular felt a bit grimy, did not drain properly. Staff were polite and helpful, the location is excellent.

Area

Decent stay for just overnight in London. Would not be too convenient for those with babies.

I forhold til prisen, var det hvad jeg forventet. Det var meget varmt i London den weekend, så godt man kunne åbne vindue og der var en vifte. Ellers havde det været alt for varmt

It’s ok for the price but building is old so no airco.

Good for a one night stay. Convenient position. Quiet and clean. Felt a bit cramped. Bed side lamp didn’t work. The shower door was a stiff to open from the outside.

Pas au niveau d’un 4 étoiles tel qu’annoncé par Expedia. Équipements limite vétustes. Nous avons dû changer de chambre à cause d’une fuite d’eau au plafond de la salle de bain… et avons atterri dans une chambre dans laquelle les toilettes fuyaient et coulaient en permanence ! La TV était en panne, et il n’y avait pas de climatisation. Bref. Pas confirme aux attentes pour ce prix là.

Locatie was prima, diverse metrostations op loopafstand. Ook fijn dat je je koffers kwijt kon voor je kon inchecken. Ontbijt was goed. Dit was erg fijn voor je de dag start. Bed lag prima en was schoon. Maar de accomodatie was anders dan verwacht en gepresenteerd. Het was sjofel. Tapijt is vies met vlekken, afwerking was niet netjes, badkamerdouche was half stuk en dat voor een 4(!) Sterren hotel. In verhouding vond ik de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding duur.

Safe, convenient

Foi incrível a estadia no hotel cavendish a localização é perfeita, num bairro muito bom e em uma rua silenciosa. Fomos a praticamente todas as atrações a pé conhecendo a cidade. Estava com meus pais que tem 65 anos e foi tranquilo. Único problema foi nosso quarto estar localizado no último andar, mandei msg avisando sobre a idade deles mas mesmo assim foi o último andar, eram muitos lances de escada para eles. Para mim foi tranquilo, mas tenho condicionamento. O café é bom e com várias opções! As fotos condizem com o quarto. E tem local para deixar mala sem custo. Foi ótimo!

Bom hotel, perto de tudo. Muitas estações de metrô e fica próximo de Soho e Picadily para ir a pé. Cama confortável e quarto espaçoso. Hotel sem elevador, você vai ter que se virar para subir suas malas pela escada. Café da manhã simples, mas fresco e gostoso.

Property was clean and tidy, reception were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good. Our room was small with a small double but for the money and the position it was perfect for us

Nice basic hotel, located close to multiple transport hubs, clean and reasonably priced for central london,

The location is amazing, near Convent Garden at walking distance and near main transports and shop, nevertheless in a quiet street. Hotel room and shower is super clean and quiet. Staff extremely nice. Breakfast is nice. The room's size is as shown in the pictures. Good value for money.I highly recommend.
