Great location and friendly staff. However the room is considerably small given the price of the room, for 2 person without luggages, we had to keep moving the furniture in order to move around. The heating in the room took a long time to heat up and the bathtub in the room did not work.

Wonderful place, quirky fun decorating. Complimentary drinks in fridge, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Close to everything but away from touristy area. Exquisite!

Very cool spot within easy walking distance to everywhere you’d want to go. The decor, food, and location felt so on-trend while also being cozy and convenient. Truly the best of all worlds. My tiny room had a ton of character and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Amazing hotel right in the heart of Bath, fantastic team, great breakfast and lovely room. Only downside is parking, big premium if you don’t drive an EV to get there & on street parking limited to one hour. Used their valet parking at £40 for the stay which was great but had to exit by 1pm next day so time in Bath was limited as local car park was full. Overall an amazing hotel with great staff but Bath is not car friendly !

Lovely hotel, very central location, very comfortable room with a unique style, quiet at night. convenient to all the attractions of Bath as well as the train and bus stations. Restaurant was also very good, would highly recommend

The staff was amazing!! So nice and helpful. After we checked out, they held our bags so we can do our tours!! The art was hilarious and fun to look at!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Some noise disruptions, from scaffolders and our upstairs neighbours. Property is lovely though. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Location is perfect as walkable to the centre but far enough away to be away from the noise from bars/clubs etc.

Nice quirky hotel, rooms clean and comfy. In room AC could do with a booster.. Otherwise great hotel

Quiet and quaint. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and uniquely decorated with comfy bed.

Food was delicious Bed was not comfortable at all Pillows too hard and so sad the mattress.

Perfect location, very close to Bath centre but very quiet street. Pretty and funky hotel and staff were friendly and attentive. Bed was comfortable and bathroom good. Couple of small issues with a bulb not working (quickly provided on request) and a missing wardrobe handle left the impression that maintenance was a little below standards which was a shame. Breakfast was expensive (£24 pp) and the full English, while acceptable was a little minimalist, especially for the price. If it weren’t for these two minor negatives I would have rated it Good.

A nice surprise, extremely clean. Bed was good, A/C in the room was great, good shower. Public parking 100 feet away. Great location (next to roman baths, walking distance from the Royal Crescent). I would definitely recommend it

Cups in room were not washed. The rooms ceiling was so low in our room I had to crouch when in there. The shower was even worse. Could barely get clean. It was also terribly hot in the room and many deranged homeless wondering around the perimeter of the hotel.
