整体很好，但是卫生间门框上的金属太尖锐了，划到衣服上有损坏

I went there with my daughter and have our holidays in London. The best way is our Uber dirvers can find there easier. Is it very safe? Yes! I love there to spend time with my family..

i don't expect iron without steam which is very important for someone for business trip.

This hotel was modern and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had a nice room with a view of Westminster Cathedral and The Eye. Breakfast was excellent and the location to Victoria Station, restaurants, theaters and historic attractions was all within a good walking radius. I would definitely stay here again.

The buffet breakfast was surprisingly good with a large selection. We stayed during bank holiday, whatever that is, and a lot of places weren't open.

My bell hop was amazing. He escorted me to my room and showed me how to use items in the room. Great service all around.

Jolly went above and beyond helping us. We are seniors and he helped us with all our luggage, helped with suggestions and answered all our questions. The hotel, we asked for a room with a view and it didn’t disappoint! Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was happy to find a very fluffy extra pillow in the closet.

Great central London hotel choice! Clean, modern rooms. Wonderful breakfast buffet which was included in our room rate. Victoria station was a 5 min walk so using tube & trains super convenient. Would definitely stay here again!
