Water pressure is not good. Location is good.

房間有足夠空間擺放行李，只是衣櫃空間太少，只能掛兩件大衣。交通非常方便，幾步可到Aldgate Station，幾分鐘行到Aldgate East Station，酒店有廿四小時酒巴可供飲食

Carpet was stained. Plug sockets on one side of the room didn’t work so no TV when we stayed. The bed is standard double size so pretty small and also very low to the floor. Didn’t look like the photos when I booked it. Useful location right next to tube though

We loved staying in this hotel and room! Looks new and very clean. Staff very friendly and the location was perfect, just next to an underground station.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Aldgate underground station, rooms are very comfortable excellent shower pressure very clean will restart there again.

Rooms were loud and the curtains were insufficient to keep light out, staff were average and the wait staff in the main restaurant actually rolled their eyes at us when we asked to sit outside (even though others were too) we also weren’t allowed up to the roof top bar as we were wearing flip flops (it was 28 degrees) and as we were leaving, a group of girls were allowed to stay despite all of them wearing flips flops. Poor experience all round. Would never go back.

Etwas altbacken, Klimaanlage schwach bei der großen Hitze. Zimmer eher klein. Sehr verkehrsgünstig zur U-Bahn gelegen.

Neverending spam via Expedia, email and text. I blocked the hotel on email and declined to give my email at check-in, but I'm still getting random emails from sections of the business. This has been so relentless that I wouldn't contemplate staying in another Leonardo hotel, despite the hotel itself being fine.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit King Bett gebucht das war dann allerdings nur 1,60 Meter breit. Als wir das dann angesprochen haben hiess es die King Betten seien in England kleiner. Das war mir neu. Wir haben dann ein anderes Zimmer bekommen mit zwei Betten. Da habe ich mich schon geärgert weil es auch hieß am Trafalgar Square seien die King Betten schon King Betten weil da so viele Touristen seien. Das Zimmer war dann schön und ruhig aber eine halbe Stunde in die Stadt rein. Rooftopbar sehr schön. Zimmer groß für Londoner Verhältnisse. Tube gleich vorm Haus. Nächstes Mal eher wieder näher Richtung Innenstadt.

Clean room, nice bed and air conditioning was well needed in the heat wave. The staff we friendly upon check in and check out. They have somewhere to store luggage too. I had room service which was nice although it was tricky to order as I have specific dietary requirements and the person taking my order took a while to understand what I wanted. Saying that, my order arrived quickly and was correct. The food was very nice and big portion. I would definitely stay here again.

Very well located hotel with oldish modern boutique feel from a while ago. That said, the rebranded hotel has a good vibe and rooms are confortable and spacious for London. Perfect for business new the insurance hub without the overwhelming vibe of the big bands.

Das Hotel liegt gleich neben der UBahn-Station Aldgate, was das Erreichen der Innenstadt recht einfach macht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und auch in der Nacht sehr ruhig. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hat zu jederzeit geholfen. Das Frühstück war nicht (wie erwartet) als Buffet, sondern man konnte aus einer Karte auswählen und danach wurde serviert. Würde ich jederzeit noch einmal buchen.

We had a junior suite for the weekend, the room itself was very clean cannot fault. However, we were on the 13th floor and the lifts were not working- no sign was up. I had to carry my 3 year old child down 13 flights of stairs! I was unable to access any of the floors on the way down to ask for help. I was in absolute agony the end of it. When I got down, and told the receptionist her response was merely ‘sorry’ and she continued helping others. The duty manager had apologised and offered us complimentary room service to apologise- however, none of the things that were on the menu in the room were available. We have been staying at the hotel for many years and unfortunately this is the worst service. It’s really sad.

Great locally and easy access to London.

Broken elevators, broken air conditioners in lobby, no hot water for more than a day, and walked out of restaurant after waiting for 15-20 minutes without a waiter coming to the table, saw a manager/supervisor admonishing an employee in the lobby in front of guests. Room was good and housekeeping staff was great but stay was very disappointing.

No USB plugs which is essential. The iron is very basis and dated. Air conditioning is good, room was quiet and hotel centrally located
