2nd night in accommodation all OK, not a lot of extras, fairly basic, but clean, small rooms, and pleasant staff when you saw them. No TV's in room OK for me, but may not suit everyone. Quiet position, provided basic tea, coffee, sugar & milk in lounge only, but we were prepared and took our own electric kettle. Convenience store nearby, easy flat walk to Winter Gardens and restaurants. Not much further to beach. Mainly 4 stars as cheap and very handy, with parking.

Small room but adequate, clean, although shower had some black mould that could do with sorting. No TV in room, but good Wi Fi signal. No breakfast, but provided free tea coffee and milk, paper cups and sugar in lounge area. Lounge area not really utilised, did have a TV, but no one used it, Only saw staff once, but I believe live on premises, did provide a phone number to ring if needed anything. Seemed helpful. but never saw them only the once. Never saw any housekeeping. Quite area. Cheap, straightforward, basic accommodation better than quite a lot in Blackpool. Parking £10 a day extra if needed but also next door to a pay as your park, car park 24 hour.

Charged £1O for on-site parking.

Very straighforward check in, comfy room

Great hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room nice and clean. Asked for hair dryer and extra towels, they where brought up quickly.

It was a large room and we had no problems

Parking was available at front of property for a premium price of £10 per day. Rooms are not like pictured they have clearly been altered as they were extremely dated. Many other hotels in the area a lot better and cleaner. No tv in any room no hot showers and beds like rock. Curtains where very thin and let all the light in bedding was not ironed nor where curtains. The property smelt of damp, the stairs make a terrible creaking noise you can constantly hear. Definitely in need of modernisation.

From outside didn’t look good but inside staff were friendly and helpful.Room very clean and comfy bed.Would stay again

Room was spotless. Easy access to room once spoken to the owner as i had a last minute booking. No concerns

Pictures are very deceiving. I would not recommend this place at all unfortunately. Our room was beyond basic, there were marks all over the walls, something spilt down the side of the broken bedside table, no headbords, the window frame had burn marks on it and was mouldy and filthy. The taps in the bathroom were leaky and I have never seen a shower so mouldy. Had it not been so late when we got to our room I would not have stayed. I didn't see a member of staff when we left, so couldn't raise my concerns. I did ring the bell several times, nobody turned up. I left feeling dirty and tired, this hotel is really not fit for paying guests, sorry.

Didn’t use the car park, don’t know how much was chargeable, great central location, room very clean, bathroom a bit small but that’s the only complaint. Tea, coffee downstairs, help yourself, make your own as no kettle in the room but it does state ask if you need a kettle, we was ok with nipping downstairs for a coffee then bringing it back up. Owners very polite, would return.

Electric socket was sparking and smoking and the other socket didn’t work so no tv available.

Friendly staff, clean room.

Check in was quick with a friendly welcome. Entrance was clean and bright. Room was on the ground floor, small but clean and fresh, nice touch from the hotel was the bottled water and chocolates left for us. Bathroom had shower gel & shampoo, soap and clean towels. Our 2nd stay here and will definitely return.

Clean room and comfy beds, only downfall was a TV was listed on the advert and we didn't have one, which was a massive let down.
