Very good service. Perfect location if you like to stay near Hyde Park with food and supermarkets around. Will definitely be back!

Unique high end accommodations in a whimsically warm welcoming environment; amazing staff, location is first rate for all attractions and public transportation. A must if you’re staying in Kensington area. Suite accommodated ourselves and our three adult children better than we could have imagined. Cocktails in the bar are top notch.

Really unique small hotel in Kensington. Fabulous decor. Lovely clean & comfortable compact and beju room with everything you need. We had a front room by the busy road which was a little noisy as London doesn't sleep, but it was fine. Nice shower & Penhaligons toiletries.

Staff are very friendly ， excellent location. The only downside is the building is very old, the stairs are very narrow and steep, not lit well. Have to be very carrfy

we loved this hotel. Three ladies in a two bedroom and it was perfect. Stylish, clean and the bar downstairs was fantastic. Service all around was great and a wonderful location. I would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

Room was very small, I did have an ok stay however upon leaving I left a charger and despite being told that they had the charger on the same day and asking for my address I have spent the last 4/5 months chasing them to get the charger back. Most of the time they don’t bother responding, on the times that they have they say they’ll get back to me and don’t bother. It’s clearly been lost or taken I just wish they’d have the courtesy to respond and tell me they no longer have it!!!

Room was cleaned in a timely manner. Staff extremely helpful. Location was excellent and was nearby areas we wanted to visit.

Very convenienty located in Kensington High Street. Public transport, Kensington Park and shops were all nearby. The staff at Hux were friendly and helpful.

OK opphold, men ganske overpriset mtp at hotellet er relativt slitent og trangt. Det er mer eller mindre av samme standard som et gjennomsnittlig Bayswater-hotell (tepper, trange ganger, relativt små rom, bråkete aircon), men med freshere farger og en relativt stor tv på rommet. Hyggelig stab og god beliggenhet.

The hotel was really nice to stay and just what I needed for an overnight stay. Really comfy bed to sleep in. The only thing I will mention is the water pressure in the shower was low, needs to be adjusted. Other than that, an excellent stay

Was attending a gig at The Royal Albert Hall and it was 5 mins walk away. Lovely decor in the stairwells. Staff very friendly and helpful.
