Não tive nenhum problema na minha estadia no Hyde Park Boutique Hotel. Quando cheguei fui informada que meu quarto informado a principio seria mudado, mas foi tudo organizado e não tive problema algum.
Os funcionários eram simpáticos e cordiais, sempre muito solícitos quando precisei. Mohamad e MK eram super educados e todos os outros com quem falei, seja no periodo da noite ou manhã, sempre foram ótimos.
O quarto em si não é grande, mas pra mim isso é irrelevante. Era confortável, o banheiro era grande e sempre estava tudo limpo.
Como as coisas estão mais cara e nossa moeda vale cada vez menos, achei que foi uma ótima escolha, visto que o preço foi abaixo dos outros hoteis que pesquisei e é muito bem localizado. Fica ao lado do Hyde Park e perto tem duas estações super úteis, a Queensway e Bayswater, que te levam pra Central e Circle Line, respectivamente. Me senti segura e mesmo quando voltava para o hotel num horário mais tarde, por volta de 23:00h, meia-noite, me senti segura.
Recomendo a estadia e para mim foi ótimo.

The hotel is located in very convenience area, walk to Hyde park and two tube's station in 10 mins. But there is no lift in hotel, if you have heavy baggage or your knees are not working well should be consider about...because it's very Victoria's style house.

旅館內部空間蠻畸形的... 頂樓的房間雖然看起來蠻漂亮的，但是走上去的樓梯異常艱辛...完全不適合壯年以上的房客入住。因為這個緣故，原本只好住房型較差在一樓的房間，但錢也無法退。

Absolutely horrible experience. No help from management after there was literally yellow “water” leaking from our ceiling onto one of the beds. Their “solution” was to have the people directly above us stop their shower. When I went to ask for help again because it continued no one was to be found to help. Tried contacting management about a refund as we did not want to continue our stay given the circumstances and still have yet to hear back.

A member of housekeeping broke my travel clock. The reception staff could not have cared less and would not compensate me for the damaged clock. Terrible customer service. I will not stay here again.

It was convenient to Paddington station and eateries. There was no air conditioning and on the ground floor you didn’t feel you could leave the window open over night. Also it did not have a lock box in the room for valuables.

The area was the only positive aspect. But the hotel itself was a 0 star. The first 2 days we had only cold water and the response of the hotel was only „this is weird“ but they did nothing or didn‘t even checked in our rooms. One of our friend had bed bugs in her room and talked to the manager directly. The manager gave a really unfriendly response and said „we can‘t do anything about this right now“. We made pressure that they give us a new room, but this took 1 day. After discussing many times with the hotel, the manager was not really cooperative. We ask for our money back for the one night our friend couldn’t slept because of the bed bugs. But the hotel has completely shirked it’s responsibility. I wouldn’t recommend booking the hotel.

Hvis man godt kan lide at sove i kælderen som familie på 4 så er det dette hotel man skal vælge, man har ingen udsigt jo dog til et værksted hvor der var frit udsyn ind til os når der arbejdes der sent eftermiddag.
Ingen aircondition, dog 2 vifter.
Værelset lå lige neden under breakfast rummet, og der startede de med at forberede morgenmaden mellem kl 04-06 ca kunne høre de gik ovenpå. Hvis vi ikke var de første der spiste kl 07 ja så var der skrabene lyde fra stole hen over gulvet🙈😳
Morgenmaden ja det var heller ikke noget at råbe hurra for, den 1 dag fik vi kylling pålæg og ost 👍 der var lidt yoghurt iskolde æg og snegle osv. brødet var noget der minder om mini flutes + toast, de sidste 2 dage fik vi kun ost som pålæg 😳 var godt nok skuffet over deres morgenmad.

El hotel era lindo, pero la habitación era muy pequeña. Estaba en el último piso, al que accedias por escaleras empinadas y muy angostas. Nos tocaron días de calor y el hotel no tenía aire acondicionado. Pedí un ventilador para la habitación y me lo dieron rápidamente. La zona es tranquila.

Personal súper atento y amable para resolver nuestras solicitudes, se ve que están renovando y nos tocó muy bonita y amplia la habitación. Los contras son que no había aire acondicionado, el olor muy penetrante de la alcantarilla del baño e internet extremadamente lento.

We made pressure that they give us a new room, but this took 1 day. After discussing many times with the hotel, the manager was not really cooperative. We ask for our money back for the one night our friend couldn’t slept because of the bed bugs. But the hotel has completely shirked it’s responsibility. I wouldn’t recommend booking the hotel.
