Convenient location for Heathrow but not much around at all

I’m stayed here, this is excellent hotel near LHR AIRPORT

Hotel was fully booked from the night before. We arrived at 10:15 and were told to wait in the restaurant untill 11:30. We asked for check in and. Had to pay extra £10 per HOUR when the room was already available. Bull***t cash grab.

Super Budget Hotel near London city.

Ive stayed at this hotel before. Last time was a good experience. This time wasn't great, only ate 1 meal and this was Saturday breakfast, the que was massive and the wait was caused by food running out and not being replaced quick enough. The sausage was cooked outside and stone cold in the middle, at 13:50 it is also expensive for a limited selection. Beer cost was also high and bar closed early with no residents aspect for people who arrive late at night.Very noisey this time with doors banging in the early morning. Dont think i will stay again

very comfortable beds and the staff were very friendly and helpful; rooms soundproofed very well from plane noises

The check in was very easy and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

Did the trick. Just needed a place to crash after a long flight.

Good location to Heathrow. Basic and really good shower pressure. Shuttle service good, but not to all Terminals. So be sure to account extra time for terminal transfers at the airport.

Affordable and convinient, room was a decent size with all of the room amenities necessary. Carpets and paint on walls could do with a refresh, shower glass screen is also not long enough as it splashed a bit onto the floor which made it slippery

Hotel was good - Service good would recommend hair dryers in the rooms

Absolutely the worst hotel experience of my life. The manager, Goncalo, was rude, aggressive, and had the nastiest attitude imaginable. He spoke to me with complete disrespect during a one-on-one conversation, showing zero professionalism. Avoid this place at all costs if you value decent treatment and basic human courtesy.

The AC not working or if its normal temperature, the room climate is really hot. Thats my second time in this hotel. The option to cancel or modify the reservation was not very comfort and clear.
