One lift was out of service and hence, it was extremely difficult to get into a lift and it is a slow motion lift.

Staying for one night is convenient for your flight the next day. If going to the airport, we need to go G/F from the hotel and transfer to the bus but not shuttle bus in fee of charge. If the Hotel guest, there have discount to pay.

Unwelcoming, unsmiling staff generally. Reception staff were rude. I booked the room and paid with my card, so I went to book in. The man on the desk when we booked in asked my husband if we were together and then started to speak to him about the reservation having first cut me off while I was speaking. There followed a bizarre exchange where my husband gave my name to the man in front of me while I stood there. I then said I could speak for myself and the man on reception then would hardly look at me and answered in monosyllables. Our room was basically clean, but smelled faintly of chemicals, had nasty chips and marks around the bath and suspicious looking stains on the carpet. The following morning I went to book out and asked about parking and a different man was also rude. Both my husband and myself noted that customer care was the worst we have ever experienced at any hotel. It was our first time at an Ibis. It was just one night. It was cheap. Frankly we’ll pay more next time for a different hotel and never return.

Excellent value for money in a convenient location. Room was clean and quiet with comfortable bed.

Am very choosy when it comes to hotels but Ibis was a big surprise. Everything was excellent! Staff very accommodating, room spacious and clean and the room rate was fair. Food choices was okay, too!

We stayed as a family rented 2 rooms. Upon check in the hotel staff checked my son into this room with my other 2 kids but my husband and I, plus our other child had to wait in the lobby and try to get ahold of Hotels.ca in a foreign country where none of the phone numbers worked and I couldn't get through to anyone. We were told upon check in my room was cancelled the day I paid for it. It showed on my side that the room was paid for and not canceled. After 2 hours in the lobby on the phone and laptop trying to get checked in some manager showed up and finally let us stay in the room we prepaid for. It was an awful welcome to this hotel. The whole time we were there 1 elevator did not work, rooms A/C was not great, the half glass in the bathroom did not contain the shower water where it all pours onto the floor. Also there is no phones in your room to call front desk and complain upon check in if your room is messy. I would told this a budget hotel what did I expect. More than that attitude

Generally a good hotel at a low cost, but I booked a double room and the bed had two single mattresses on it so I kept falling down the gap in the middle. Plus £8.10 a pint of Stella is steep.

The room was adequate for our needs. The proximity to Heathrow was excellent. The Cafe was adequate and we appreciated that it stayed opened later in the evening.

Confusing as didn’t realise there were more than one Ibis! Also told by staff it would be more cost effective to go ny taxi rather than Hoppa bus to airport, which in fact cost considerably more! Other than that very nice stay.

This was a one night stay to get my daughter to Heathrow the next morning. This was an affordable place to stay and convenient location for airport. We had a triple room with 3 beds which was perfect for us. The hotel is very secure so outside visitors can’t access the rooms. We ate at the restaurant for dinner because it was convenient and it was okay - food was average and service was a bit slow. We used the hotel hoppa to get to the terminal the next morning which was pricey but apparently the local bus would have been cheaper so worth looking into that. All in all a great stay !
