Ideal for a night before a flight from Heathrow. Comfortable room, clean and the staff were great and helpful. Stayed here twice now, nine years apart, and it’s been great both times.

Great hotel. Was quiet and got a great night sleep. Fairly clean. Very close to the bus stop which we took, didn’t bother with the hotel shuttle bus as that was more expensive, instead we walked about 6 mins to the nearest bus stop and paid less than 2 quid.

The room was a bit tired looking but spotlessly clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful. It was a perfect spot for airport access and an easy, but long transport into London Centre.

Perfectly pleasant hotel for a layover on a trip via Heathrow. There's pretty limited options for eating or entertainment in the area, but that's because the area is essentially airport periphery, so expect to either walk a decent distance to get out of that, take a cab/bus, or pay airport rates for food.

Paid hotel service when I booked the hotel through site.but doesnot have evan water bottle in the room.and also has to pay for parking addition.

This property was ideal for us as we had an early flight the next morning

The staff was great. As was the restaurant and bar area. However, my room had a hint of piss smell that I really didn't notice until I was doing push ups the morning after I arrived. Then I noticed a stain on the floor. Should have been taken care of a little better. But other than that, really enjoyed the place. Oh, Expedia says they have laundry facilities, they do not

Good service

There was an extra Charge of $361 (erroneous) from the hotel on my Credit Card statement I had it resolved through Credit card company but had to cancel my card and get a new one. A hassle i did not need.

Great stop off pre/post flight from Terminal 4!. Perfect

Good location. Great bar and restaurant. Electric kettle but no refrigerator or ice machine. Rooms are a bit small so not much room for luggage. Great hotel for a great price.

Room temperature terrible, hallway and outdoors was better. Almost zero assistance available or offered for mobility impaired guest. Shower was almost a death trap for mobility impaired.

Check in staff was amazing, one of the most helpful and friendly experience I've ever had in a hotel. Rooms are very small and basic but ok for one night stay. My only issue really was the mattress, a bit uncomfortable.

Very dirty hotel room. Beds are very hard and uncomfortable. The floors are so dirty. Hot in the rooms with no air conditioning.

It was an overnight stay in transit to catch a connecting flight. Price was affordable hotel offered everything needed.
