Hotel room is clean and quiet. Convenient to public transportation and many restaurants around.

Great location! The hotel is located at the city centre which is a good spot for travellers. Metrolink station is only 200 metres away.

Ideal location for an overnight stay in Manchester. Basic room but has everything you need. Would stay again.

I stayed in Manchester for one night and this hotel was perfect. It's a great location, was reasonably priced and the room was spacious and clean. Would stay there again.

Overall I had a pleasant stay here, with the staff being extremely polite and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Some areas looked a little worn and tatty i.e. the door to the shower room; although this didn't upset or distract the overall experience of the stay. The only slight downside were the breakfasts. I chose the full English version on day 1. It was exceptionally dry having been sitting under the lamps for a while. The sausages had a strong smell and taste, eggs completely dry. I guess it's tricky keeping the food warm and moist.

Generally a nice experience in ibis. The best thing is the hotel's location. It is very convenient if you use public transportation for your travelling.

Reception staff were always really friendly. The rooms were clean and had kettle tea and coffee in them. The bed was very comfy, but the pillows were not brilliant. But then I swapped them about a bit with the extra ones in the wardrobe area, and much much better!

We didn't stay at the Ibis, as it had been overbooked. We were upgraded to the Novotel & given complimentary breakfasts. The staff there are really friendly, welcoming & helpful. We were really chuffed about the change in booking. Ended up with a comfy kingsize bed, a fridge, aircon, safety deposit box, large widescreen tv, kettle, coffee machine & complimentary tins of chilled water. They provide Rituals toiletries. The reception & bar are open 24/7. Umbrellas are available to use. Breakfast is 7am to 11am & help yourself/buffet style. Only negative comment would be that the fire alarm went off while we were still asleep. It sounded for around 5-10 mins. There were no staff around & there was no explanation. I couldn't get the coffee machine to work. My charging sockets didn't aappear to work.

Awful hotel, boiling hot, carpet had big bleach stains and the paint had been chipped of the walls in several places.

Jeg bodde her 2 netter ifm biltur i UK. Rommet var enkelt, men funksjonelt og komfortabelt, hadde bra størrelse og var godt rengjort og vedlikeholdt. Badet hadde også grei størrelse og var funksjonelt og godt rengjort. De nødvendige fasiliteter fungerte godt; AC, vannkoker inkl kaffe & te, TV og WIFI. Frokost er serveres i tilstøtende hotell (Ikke inkludert / benyttet) Det ligger en bar tilknyttet lobbyen - der kan en også kjøpe enkle matretter (Ikke benyttet) Betjeningen var hyggelige og serviceinnstilte. Hotellet ligger sentralt plassert i Manchester med kort gåavstand til trikk, buss og spisesteder Totalt sett meget god verdi for pengene

Excellent location, closer to Oxford Rd station than Piccadilly. We had a small but deceptively spacious twin room, beautifully presented. Only stayed one night and it was everything we needed. Breakfast was at the sister hotel, so easy to get to through a small courtyard and had a really good selection.
