It's always a pleasure to stay here...

If your looking for a place to stay in London that isn’t expensive and has close access to the tube than this is the place for you. I had no real complaints about my stay. I would stay here again.

Piccadilly line very close. Accomodation perfect for my business trip.

Room was tiny but well equipped. Very clean and plenty of parking. Staff very friendly. A shame they don't make more use of the facilities they have for breakfast. Adequate for a overnight stay.

Stayed here many times, great value for money, close to the tube for central London, free parking and reasonable eateries nearby. Slightly lumpy mattress this time which was unusual

ヒュースロー空港到着と出発の際に宿泊。地下鉄てすぐ、ハウンズローセントラル駅からも徒歩割とすぐ、住宅街にあります。駅にもホテルにもエレベーターはありませんし、ホテルの方はスーツケースを運んでくれる気配もなく自力で。発着日のためバストイレ付を選択しました。連泊時にはシャワー別で少し節約しましたがその際に使うシャワーの方が広く快適でした。付近は治安は悪くはなさそうですが空港で買ってきたほうが安心です。駅とは違う方向へ行くとスーパーもあり、ばらまき土産も調達可能。ハウンズローあたりはイスラムの方が多いようでそういうレストランもありました。当方は女性一人旅なので行きませんでした。 ホテルは改装したようですが、コンセント位置やクローゼット等使い辛く、今時は枕元にコンセントが無いと携帯充電不自由ですね、しかも充電に時間がかかりました。 私はロンドン郊外の邸宅を回るため位置的に良いかと宿泊し、それ以外の日程では街中に宿替えしました。

My daughter and I have been staying at Imperial Guest House 2 or 3 weekends a month for the past 8 months and have been very happy here. Rooms are quiet, comfortable and reasonably priced. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. Ideally located for our needs.

Initially, my interactions with staff were terrible. They were a mixture of indifferent, aggressive, and hostile, going so far as to try to get me to cancel my reservation when I warned them that they better not be any other problems with the property or I would go after a refund. That said, once I actually arrived and checked into the property, most of the problems dissipated. There were some maintenance issues, but beyond that, the property was fine, and it was a “you get what you pay for” situation. The only unexpected variable that popped up while I was there was the privacy the walls are paper thin, and you can hear everything that’s going on inside the hotel. If I needed someplace cheap to stay a couple days before I flew out of LHR, I would book this place. If I needed something more long-term and private, I’d book elsewhere.

Very clean property. Rooms are a reasonable size for London, but depending on room layout, space at a premium. 5-6 minute walk to Tube station that will take you to Heathrow.

A nice clean room good for anyone wanting a stay from the city centre. A good car park and close to Hounslow and Heathrow. Friendly staff.

Free parking...unusual in this area. Super clean..everywhere! Room compact (as expected) but everything I could need..kettle/fridge/tea/coffee/biscuit/ bottled water/hairdryer.. attention to needs of guest. Lovely, friendly staff. Quiet area. Perfect for a night or two.

Clean room but small compared to North American motels and hotels. Front office staff are helpful and welcoming. No breakfast but close to coffee shops (3 blocks walk) and close to the tube. No air conditioning. Beds are small British sizes but firm. The small size of the beds can be surprising to Canadian travelers.

Free parking

The smoking section says it all. Just off the glassed-in patio a panel slides and lets you in to where there's a table, chairs, and "no spitting." You can puff your lungs out and watch the Heathrow jets taking off/landing. My room, a £65 off-season bargain, has everything anyone would want including a big comfy bed, a big bathroom, and tea and biscuits. Expedia, however, makes money off of Palestinian suffering and I would be boycotting if it weren't the only way to book the Imperial Guest House.
