We had a lovely stay at Invernook hotel, Keith and his partner were very nice. The location was great and check in / check out was very simple. Would return in the future! Thanks for a lovely stay :)

Great value, cheap as chips, lovely host and hostess and ideal for the single traveller. No frills. For the single traveller walking Coast Path, it ticked every box. Ltd slot for breakfast but timings suited me.

Great location, close to pubs, bars and the centre, very clean and well presented, Hosts Keith and Roz were very friendly and helpful, they also provided a,superb cooked breakfast in the traditional b&b style. Would highly recommend.

Good all round close to centre of everything the town and the beach

A Highly recommended place to stay, the proprietors are very nice people. Prices are very reasonable and ideal if not needing the frills of a hotel.

Invernook is an excellent place for any traveller.I had a single room and it was very warm (mid January) with very good heating and strong hot shower.The hosts Keith and Roz are wonderful people who prepare an EXCEPTIONAL English Breakfast - cooked and/or continental option.Literally a 5 minute walk from Newquay Train Station.The property is in a superb position to access all that Newquay has to offer.A nice pool room to relax in also.Very comfortable single bed and room.Do not hesitate to book at Invernook.

Roz and Kieth are such a lovely couple who were very welcoming and helpful . We rang earlier in the day and they reserved a parking spot for us free of charge. Parking in Newquay is like gold dust . Room was clean and although on a road with through traffic was quiet . Shower room small but efficient. The bar round the corner called the Lost sells real ale and nice burgers. Breakfast at Invernook was excellent by Kieth and service efficient and friendly by Roz. Would highly recommend thank you

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights. The room was nice and cosy with a TV in the room. The breakfast was spectacular. Orange juice on the table; you can pick what breakfast you want; from bacon sandwich to a full English. The couple who run the guest house are so lovely, warm and kind. They helped us find a good parking spot, spoke to us about the local area and make the whole experience much more enjoyable; like a home from home. The weather was hot and there is so much to do within walking distance. Beaches, restaurants, and bars. It took us 20 minutes to walk to Fistral Beach. We didn't mention it was my birthday while we was there, however to our surprise they had brought us a nice bottle to help us celebrate. It was such an amazingly beautiful gesture. This guest house deserves 5 stars. We would 100% stay again and we will be recommending to everyone. Thank you for having us.

Roz and Keith are wonderful hosts. They even gave me change for the launderette! This location siuted me perfectly as I was using public transportation. For me the bed was pretty soft but that is definitely a personal preference. This is a great place to travel from or just use the many beaches.

Superb value for money stay with excellent friendly hosts. My single room was very comfortable with an en-suite, tv and fridge. Fabulous breakfast. In the centre of Newquay with everything you need close by including a Tesco Express and an Aldi, shops, restaurants & takeaways, bus & train links plus the beautiful Newquay beaches. Only 15 minutes from Newquay airport by taxi. I’ll definitely be back, thank you for a wonderful stay.

A very cosy, tidy and spacious room for a solo surf trip. The location is perfect, really easy to spot, less than 5 mins walk to the train station, bus station, town centre, beaches, surf schools, different restaurants and pubs. The hosts are very friendly. They prepared packed breakfast for me because I surfed in the mornings. The facilities are all there in the room. The stay was very good value. I will definitely book it again.

Friendly B&B in a prime location in Newquay. Just minutes walk to the seaside. Plenty of food and drink options nearby. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast tasty and plentiful. Friendly owners made we feel at home and made my stay great!

Older property arranged on 3 floors with no lift so, perhaps, not suitable if you have mobility issues. Property kept in immaculate condition with comfortably en-suite room. Hosts very friendly & helpful. Located close to sea front, Supermarket, Railway station & places to eat out. Good quality, well cooked breakfast. Limited parking available at side of property on request before arriving. Stayed to attend a wedding & we were very happy with our choice. Good value.
