The room was absolutely fine

Nice and easy to access with email before hand! Parking easy to get too and lots of room. The bed was like a small double but ok for me and my child. Everything you need in the room (bathroom. Bed. Mini kitchen!)

Kathleen House Plus was exactly what we needed. We were going to London to see a show, the hotel was 10 minutes walk from Enfield Town Station with ideal links into London. The self service check in process was easy, the room and bathroom clean and well presented. The breakfast of cereals, pain au chocolat, bread for toast with jams with a selection of drinks and milk was a great touch. The free parking was also appreciated. The only downside for me was the mattress on the bed was a little hard, there were also a few little touch ups required here and there, such as the toilet roll holder being loose. All in all the hotel provided what we needed and we would definitely consider staying again.

Great lovely hotel

The manager of the property was extremely helpful in regards to checking in and checking out of the property. The room was clean and tidy and just what we needed for a 1 night stay in London. The area of Enfield is lovely, this was our first time in Enfield and it is a really nice location. When we left the property we realised that we had forgotten an item that is of value and importance, the manager was extremely helpful in regards to this issue and has helped us to retrieve the item.

Hard to access property initially as another guest had locked the door from the inside. Property owner came to the property promptly to assist . Would suggest that they change the type of lock that is used on the main door to avoid this happening again in the future. Towels covered in stains and smelled of damp, there was also someone’s old pair of tights left in the wardrobe. Yuck. Room served its purpose for one night and was a convenient location for where we were going. I would not stay for any longer period and for anyone else booking, I would suggest taking your own towel if you want to feel clean.

Towels had stains and hair. Bathroom sink was tiny. Room was tidy and cosy but a bit overpriced for what it is.

The room was very clean, but the bed that is most important for a travelers was very smelly and the sweaty smell was camouflaged by VERY STRONG cheap potpourri spray. It was so overpowering that it took ages to get to sleep, as pillows and the all bed was sprayed with it. The person with an allergies or asthma would not be able to stay there for a horrendous smell. The towels did not appear to be fresh at all. The instruction for the check in was easy to follow, It was a quiet room. Ample supplied for breakfast. Just a big issue with a bed, smell and the towels.

It was a basic room but it was clean, had a shower, fidge, microwave, sink. And crucially had parking round the back.

Not worth the money for the room, over priced when you can get on suite with king size beds, this room was for more like contractors, it should not be on Hotels.com as it a house converted into rooms not a hotel, it is rooms in a house and that's it, shame really area ok room was clean but it aint no hotel

The member of staff that coordinated my stay was first class, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. A good location for my business needs and great value.

Very clean and comfortable but on the small side as it is a down stairs converted front room. Ensuit facilities sufficent and clean, however, the sink is to small to be any use. Overall stay was good. Wifi, Tea, coffee , water and juice are provided. One last point, not that I did but dont lose your front door key as there is a £75 pound charge. I would stay again.
