My wife and I did not like the property and were extremely disappointed with the cottage. The cottage is not luxury as it described online and almost everything needs replacing, apart from maybe a few things, but as we left the next morning, after one nights stay we did not stop to find out what worked and what didn't work.

The property is extremely dated and in need of modernising. we were in Millook cottage, which was like stepping back in time. The cottage was well equipped with a good washing machine and dishwasher, and overall was clean, but the cottage was pretty damp. The bathroom was disappointing with a broken shower head, and nasty damp smell. We arrived to be told the pool was out of use, despite receiving a pool safety notice within our welcome pack a few days earlier, which was a big disappointment, and communication could have been better. The location of Kennacott Court is brilliant, being very close to the lovely beaches, but that is the most positive thing about the property. We had a lovely week, but we tried to stay out of the cottage as much as possible. Kennacott Court is far from being luxurious, as it states on it's website.

What a lovely cottage. We had a wonderful week. Lots of facilities to keep us amused. Good location for visiting beaches and would recommend Sandymouth Bay.
