We were off-season visitors on a drizzly weekend. This did not stop the people at Kerenza from being thoroughly pleasant and helpful. The hotel interior and our (spacious) room appear to be quite new - it is a nice ambiance. There is a sizable parking lot which is important as parking is tight throughout Bude and a car is the only practical way of getting there.

The property is lovely and very well run. I have stayed there many times. However, this year, Expedia accepted my booking and my money, and when I arrived late at night after a long drive - the hotel was closed - and up for Sale!
I had to find a room after 9pm on the busiest weekend of the year. I have asked Expedia to refund my money but had no acknowledgement.
