No staff in the reception andcwait for 20 min+. Very old hotel abd really need renovation

麻雀虽小 五脏俱全 有专门放旅行箱的小壁橱 还有冰箱

靠近地鐵站，鄰近有商店超市是不錯的選擇 。酒店在第四區去市中心約半小時左右的地鐵車程！酒店有升降機上三樓；如住四樓要行一層。免費早餐得麵包及咖啡；如想食得好一點酒店可給予八折卡到鄰近的JJ餐廳品嘗英式早餐約加三四鎊，是一個好選擇！其他方面都可以的喔！

簡單住一晚尚可,價格與質量不太吻合,停車場細,如果住客多一點就煩了, 如果是家庭入住, 這區份也不太合適.

The check in was very easy the receptionist was very helpful , the room wasn’t the best the carpet had stains , the bed was ok , there was no food on offer at the hotel but the do recommend another place for breakfast. Overall for the price the room was ok fir s few days .

On review when booking it says quiet, clean spacious family room, could not be further from the truth The room was dirty , Bathroom way to small and dirty A NHS ambulance station 30 yards away so ALL night and I counted 12 ambulances on blue lights and sirens as if they were outside my window Other guests banging on my door intoxicated and then shouting till 04:30, nothing done or said when complained Next morning expressed my dissatisfaction and got a vacant stare Not a hotel I would recommend to anyone and the price £244 for what they call a family room The bathroom is so small with no room between sink and toilet The shower built for someone tiny with a poor pressure, took me 15 mins to wash the soap off the flow was so poor The Room was dirty ( see images ) an absolute shocking room to be advertised on hotels .com and my first ever complaint and I use this site many many times a month Warming to ALL don’t use this hotel, I’m being brutally honest and it’s Shame I need to .

Noisy

Inget trevligt ställe, folk rökte inomhus och inte bara cigaretter. Lyhört, smutsigt, kalk i badrummet och duschdraperier som har hängt ett bra tag. Det funkar om man ska stanna en natt och man inte är kräsen, men överlag är staden och hotellet ett sunkigt ställe

It was unique in the fact that it's a BROTHEL

Fine location in Kingsbury. But the whole property is tired and really needs a major renovation to match its location.

The west was amazing, a bit warm but I felt like I’ve paid too much for a hotel that had no air conditioning and near to a very busy street

This hotel was terrible, only way to describe it. The first room I booked into was filthy, my other options were no better. The carpets were rotten, full of stains and had not been hoovered for weeks at least! This made my stay horrible, I’ll never return to this hotel again. It wasn’t the most expensive I’ll admit, but what a mistake staying here was… My advice, stay well clear!!

Nice building, Nice staff. Absolute trash standards. Torn sheets, dirty smelly mattress, torn Carpets, "repairs" completed by a blind handy man. At the the price I'd expect it to be at least clean, it was not. The bathroom was as good as unusable. Not impressed, we left at 7am I'd had enough.

Great location for what we wanted, tube close by to get Wembly. Wetherspoons pub over the road. Could park at the property. Staff really helpful & friendly. Room was dated however it was really comfy. Ideal for what we wanted and fairly priced.

Bed bugs, pubic hair and mice.... All in/on the bed....

The hotel was so dirty the I couldn’t sleep all night I was itching

Service friendly, decor tired and mattress old. Location is convenient, car park is small though and would have been full if hotel busier

The room was bright and cosy and perfect for what I needed it for.
