Lovely and clean. The location is convenient for the city centre.

Easy check in (although I did have to prompt in advance via email to receive door and box code details). Room was clean (bathroom could be better, lots of hair in the shower door) and well provisioned. Location is excellent and nearby council parking on Rockingham Street is such an advantage in the city centre. My room faced Division Street- quiet in winter after students have keft, probably noisy in summer. However, I know this, know Sheffield and would stay again. Good value and good service overall. Thank you.

Good location in city centre but a bit disappointed. Communication via Expedia from property owner is poor. Bathroom didn’t appear to have been thoroughly cleaned.

Only complaint would be the early morning to late morning noise of work in and on the building. I think this was due to weather damanlge however, so hard to complain too much.

Everything was excellent. It was very clean and well organised with great location.

Room was lovely, clean and spacious. Only issue was that the tv channels didn’t work, so could only watch catch-upchannels

Really great stay and loved the large balcony and large living space. Super convenient to get around Sheffield. Only real complaint is that the pillows are quite hard and cheap. Other than that, the place is superb and I’ll be back.

The host is extremely accommodating. The location is lovely and very walkable and the unit itself is spotless and well maintained. We will recommend it and we are definitely coming back.

Really nice and well kept apartment studio. Great location. The only issue was the building construction made it noisy, dusty (if windows left open), and less than appealing curbside.

Surprisingly large and modern space to spend a few days in, including laundry and a full kitchen. Excellent choice for longer stays, and close to transit and restaurants.

Was told I would receive the instructions the morning of my stay didn't receive them until the afternoon which worried me The instructions are not well worded for example rather than 'If the key is not in the box' it said 'the key is not in the box' confused me could do with checking it for grammer/ clarity The door to the property is badly designed I hurt my hand closing it the first time. The apartment is lovely and very clean loved the fan a great touch as it was so hot only discovered on arrival that it's on a street with lots of pubs and clubs so very loud, the apartment is surprisingly sound proof but I didn't feel very safe I thought I might get an apartment with a balcony but that part of the building was covered in scaffolding another thing I hadn't been made aware of before I booked the only issue with upkeep of the property is that the kitchen base board has fallen off could see how cleaners would miss that loads of great extras there's a washing machine, oroning board and iron the kitchen was spotless and the applicance were numerous and all working

The unit was well-equipped and in a good location. The big disadvantage of it was that there was no air conditioning and even though it was cooler outside, there was little air flow from the window to make it comfortable at night for sleeping. A floor fan was provided which did help but it mostly just moves hot air around.

Everything I needed was there. Great location. Excellent overall.

Great apartment in the heart of Sheffield, and so near bars, restaurants and shopping. We parked in a multi story off Matilda Street as it was 24hour and a bargain for £20 for 2 nights. A short walk, no problem (great little cafe outside too for breakfast/brunch). The apartment was easy to find and the hosts were really helpful with directions/answering questions. My only gripe/suggestion to improve is for proper blackout curtains. Its near bars, so expect a bit of noise (earplugs work). Nicely appointed, functional and all you need for a comfortable stay. We'd recommend it and will return.
