Worst thing ever, black mold all over the ceiling, wall paper coming off, tv doesn’t work, the shared bathroom is pitch black when shut the door as the light doesn’t turn on and the bed is so uncomfy, would not recommend, if your trying to budget make sure you find somewhere else, think sleeping in the train station would’ve been better

No one to greet you on arrival; I could not initially get into the building, so called the "24/7 concierge" and the phone number stuck on the door, both went to voicemail. Admittedly, they did call back, but 20 minutes later, which would not have been OK. Fortunately I had already managed to get in on my own. In the room: Curtain did not cover window so light let in / poor privacy No shower head holder in the shower Hair dryer did not work Mugs not clean and no milk for tea/coffee Poor sound insulation and slamming doors in the corridor - could hear every other guest loudly in the room Plug sockets hanging off walls - possibly unsafe Flimsy furniture with paint flaking off Clothing from previous occupant still there

You get what you pay for. Room was cheap and near St Pancras. No signal on the TV, bad signage to room locations, dusty room and very poorly maintained decor. But as I said, you get what you pay for

Did reach out to the company to avoid leaving a nasty review but no reply left me no choice. My room on the first floor had a big smash in the window, no coverings or warning of this. Not what you need in the middle of January when it’s cold. A very disrupted and cold nights rest. I understand the place is cheap and was booked purely as somewhere to rest after a busy day anyway. But for bare minimum price you still expect bare minimum comfort and security and a smashed window is not acceptable. Not to mention the room was dirty with hairs on the bed and in the sink. Wouldn’t recommend.

I found a condom on the soap dispenser, horrible cleanse

The property wasnt welcoming to people nevermind pets, sellotape was holding parts of wallpaper up , old cobwebs on window frame, one piece of glass didnt fit the window pane, the sink didnt fit onto the bottom part, the window sills on the stairway were filthy as well as the windows, and the decor is absolutely disgraceful , shower and toilet filthy.

Please remove this venue from your listings. Perhaps someone could check the property without letting the management know. There is a mobile number on the door that does an connect, to check in. A builder next to the door told me to go two doors up to check in. The entrance, stairs and carpets are filthy and smelly and there is no fire escape. It looks like a 1970s squat.

It’s great for a 1 night stay for a concert or something. Comfortable beds and easy check in. The paint in the bathroom was chipped and some of it looked a bit broken but had everything you need for a simple stay.

The room was cold and wet, I couldn’t sleep on it, I had to leave

C’était catastrophique, impossible de prendre une douche dans ces conditions ni d’aller au toilettes, nous avons dû dormir tout habillés tant le lit était salle. Accueil bizarre pas dans le même hôtel. Catastrophique

I was happy to return to my home away from home to celebrate Diwali at KX Rooms

Small room, bathroom was a broken shower, toilet by side of shower and no room for a big guy to turn around to the wash basin. Size of a telephone box. Door to bathroom kicked in. No where to hang clothes. Table pockmarked with heat damage? Comforting bang of outside door every time someone cam up or went down stairs. Front door had to be slammed to close as it scratched the floor. Pillows were flat.

i didnt realize that this was a hostel type room. It was quiet but very very basic, good thing i only needed to sleep after my long flight. This wasn't the type of 'hotel' room youd wanna spend awake time in.

I literally have no idea how the council hasn’t closed this place down. Lots of mould. Dark steep narrow stair cases where if you was to fall there’s a huge window left open at the bottom of you went through that it’s quite the drop!

Acceptable cleanliness; stair lighting broken on 2nd/3rd floors; noise from park outside. Locstion good for train stations and walking to Finsbury and Islington.

Ideal budget friendly room. I was only staying in it for one night, was very practical for what i needed it for. Moderately comfortable bed and cozy. Fan and tv in the room was a nice touch.

Very dirty and disgusting place I ever seen . I didn’t even stay for an hour .
