門窗等設備需要維修，而地氈和床蓋也最好深層清潔一下。員工服務態度非常好，房務員工作也非常好日常的東西也勤換，基本打掃很好。 留意外送乾洗的毛巾，有熟蘑菇味，感覺怪怪的。

Average hotel, nothing fancy. Good location and clean room, although very small room and extremely small bathroom. The beds were quite hard and the pillow was on the thinner side, but we had a comfortable stay.

The staff were very kind, and the service was smooth and professional. They also kept my luggage for free for an hour, which was a big help. I’ll definitely come back next time I visit London.

Great location, close to the Lancaster Gate station. Rooms and beds were good, and we were overall pleased with our stay. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The room was very warm, but the staff helped with lending us an additional fan. They were also very helpful when we wished to order a delivery to the hotel prior to our arrival, assisting with the process and storing the package until our arrival. Excellent service!

Room was clean, and receptionist friendly. But this is an old guesthouse - or perhaps a nice old-style hostel - rather than being a proper hotel. I didn’t particularly mind but the wife was distinctly unhappy we hadn't gone with a purpose built chain option. (Not sure the looseat being physically separate from the loo helped) So 3* because it was still a good cheap option - even if it desperately needs a proper refurb.

The hotel is centrally located, making it very easy to get around. The proximity to Hyde Park and Paddington station cant be beat. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room nice and clean, and the bed comfortable. It met all my needs for when I came back very tired after being out and about all day.

Being located within walking distance of underground stations and bus routes, as well as having an abundance of cafes and restaurants was very handy!

Nice stay. Clean and tidy and helpful staff with easy check in and out

I was required to pay a deposit upon arrival, which I had not been informed about in advance. When we checked out at 9:00 the next morning, I asked about the refund and was told it would be returned once the room had been inspected. However, I did not receive the deposit back until 19:00. I later tried to check the hotel’s website, but it was not working. Since I booked everything through Hotels.com, I did not think to check it beforehand, which in hindsight was a mistake. For me, this would be a significant red flag. The location is excellent, but the accommodation itself was disappointing. While the bed was comfortable enough, the rest of the room felt poorly maintained. Both the room and bathroom doors dragged against the rug, making them difficult to open and close. There were visible signs of rust in the bathroom, and the room was dusty, particularly around the old radiator.

They are so polite and very helpful.

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is the location. The rooms are decorated like my Grandma’s bedroom was 20 years ago and thin curtains. Bulbs in the bathroom not working and the mattresses have no padding. And that was the improved room they moved me into because the basement room was so disgusting. Avoid this hotel.

Good place in a great area. It was ok for the price. But: The wifi did not reach my room which was annoying, called reception and they were not helpful at all. They charge £10 for luggage storage after you check out! For that reason am not coming back here, had never seen this anywhere else.

Always a good stay at the Lancaster Court. Very helpful and friendly staff. Close to everything including Paddington Station, Hyde Park and food choices galore.
