門窗等設備需要維修，而地氈和床蓋也最好深層清潔一下。員工服務態度非常好，房務員工作也非常好日常的東西也勤換，基本打掃很好。
留意外送乾洗的毛巾，有熟蘑菇味，感覺怪怪的。

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is the location. The rooms are decorated like my Grandma’s bedroom was 20 years ago and thin curtains. Bulbs in the bathroom not working and the mattresses have no padding. And that was the improved room they moved me into because the basement room was so disgusting. Avoid this hotel.

Good place in a great area. It was ok for the price. But:
The wifi did not reach my room which was annoying, called reception and they were not helpful at all.
They charge £10 for luggage storage after you check out! For that reason am not coming back here, had never seen this anywhere else.

The location is very convenient. Super close to Paddington Station.
The decor is a bit tired and amenities are basic, which was fine, it was pretty cheap for a place in London - we only need it to sleep in.
But the mattress was terrible, the pillows were thin and limited to one each. And the curtains did nothing to stop the early morning light in. So, even that basic function was lost.
It was surprisingly quiet, quite clean and the staff were nice.

建物は古いですがきちんと清掃がしてあり、不快なところはありませんでした。連泊中も毎日清掃とベッドメイキング、バスタオルを交換してくれます。
パディントン駅から歩いて4~5分、ランカスターゲート駅からは3~4分です。昼も夜も人通りは少ないので、静かに過ごせます。隣の部屋の出入りの音や廊下の声が聞こえることはありますが、部屋に入ってからは特に気になりませんでした。
この立地でこの安さなので、ちょっとした不便は仕方ないと思える方でないとしんどいかなという部分もあります。部屋のテレビが映らなかったり(見ないので問題なく過ごせました)、シャワーの水圧が弱かったり(日本のウォシュレットの｢弱｣ぐらいの印象です)、冷蔵庫やエレベーターがなかったり。大きな荷物があって、狭い階段で少なくとも4階ぐらいまで自分で運べる自信のない方にはおすすめしません。
あとこれは文化的な部分でもあり、何より自分のリサーチ不足で仕方がないのですが、エアコンが無いのは盲点でした。たまたま前例がないくらいの猛暑の時期の滞在でしたので、これには面食らいました。扇風機だけは備え付けがあります。駅のスーパーで冷たいものを買ってもぬるくなってしまうので、日が暮れる頃まで外の涼しいところで過ごして、部屋に戻ってからは窓を開けて扇風機で部屋の換気をするようにしていました。
スタッフの方々は皆良くしてくださいました。チェックイン前に荷物を預けることもできますし、フロントデスクに24時間常駐されているので早朝のチェックアウトもスムーズでした。
一人旅で、また過ごしやすい気候の時期の選択肢には入れて良いと思います。

Greit hotell med veldig god beliggenhet til togstasjon, to undergrunnsstasjoner etc.
Ingen frokost, men flere spisesteder i nærheten.
Dessverre ingen heis.
Dessverre ingen aircondition på rommet (spesielt når det var 30 grader i London!), men heldigvis en bordvifte på rommet.
Personal var hyggelige og blide, og var behjelpelige med å passe bagasje kostnadsfritt da jeg kom et par timer tidlig til innsjekk.
