Good location

Very welcoming staff. Easy parking. Breakfast was fab.

We stayed here because our daughter is attending Brunel University. The staff were very friendly, and the room was spotless. However, the room we booked was too small for two people. I had tried to book a larger room with two double beds, but it was unavailable at the time, so we ended up in a smaller room with one double bed, which made it difficult to move around comfortably. Interestingly, we later found out that the larger room was available during our stay. Overall, the stay was pleasant thanks to the staff and cleanliness, but we would recommend ensuring the larger room is booked if you need more space.

Great location

Enkelt, hyggelig hotell på campus til Brunell Uni. Ca 25 min gange til Uxbridge sentrum. Buss like ved Må be om rengjøring og håndkleskift. Enkel frokost. Godt utvalgt bar. Gode senger

Better safety precautions need to be taken. Random peolle should not be able to enter the premises after locked hours and bother the guests, especially at an jour of after 3.00 am. Though reception had listened tk the issue and called security, we did not get an update of how the problem was solved and what measures were taken. This is a safety issue.

Ok for our overnight stay. Good for Heathrow

The rooms are hot and the bed was uncomfortable

Simple and clean.

Great hotel. Easy to find. Plenty of parking available. Room was clean and tidy with a well stocked tea tray and complimentary toiletries, bed was comfortable. Free Wi-Fi and a great good quality, plentiful, breakfast served in the morning. There is a bar and they serve evening meals, but I did not use either so cannot comment. All in all, a great hotel, will definitely be back.

Wi Fi was ok. Parking was ok but might be a challenge if it was busy Breakfast was good, buffet style. Room was as expected for location and budget

The staff were really friendly and polite, the food was great and reasonably priced. The rooms were spacious and clean. Really good.

Not very helpful receptionist

Perfect for what we needed at this price point. Rooms were very hot and opening the windows meant being part of the campus activities but it was a great room and location to access the airport. I would have liked more choice for a vegan breakfast that was worth the price - it was expensive for the little available.

Very spacious and comfortable room with good, roomy shower and bathroom. Wonderful towels!

Perfectly located in the Brunel University complex, and a short walk from Uxbridge Town Centre. Ample Parking on site too and the Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable, and the room was nice, although quite warm. Overall a nice place to stay and would definitely recommend it.
