Shout out to Kim and the rest of the staff . Very helpful and friendly . The hotel is very close proximity to the restaurants and Victoria Station .The only drawback was the room being small and tight , otherwise the stay was good

I needed somewhere last minute after an unplanned late day at work.
Had a friendly greeting, my card didn’t work first try. But the staff on reception kindly walked me to my room to ensure it worked the second time, and it did!
The room is a decent size.
Had tea, cofee, even hot chocolate which was a nice treat at the end of my long day.
The bed was very comfy, and the shower excellent.
I didn’t try the TV.
I would definitely stay here again, and it’s perfect location to the station which I needed for an early train.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, hay una amplia variedad de restaurantes, cafeterias y tiendas de conveniencia, a 2-3 minutos caminando, y a 10 minutos de la estación Victoria. La habitación estaba limpia y comoda, pero muy pequeña, no había alguna mesita o estructura para poder trabajar con una laptop.

Du får det du betaler for. Meget hyggelig betjening ved ankomst og de gjorde det de kunne for at vi skulle ha et bra opphold. Rommet var meget lite og man lå i sengen og følte at man skulle rulle ut for rommet var så skjevt...

Room was clean but very very noisy and despite reporting tv not working early on, no real attempt to fix or address problem, left to fix ourselves eventually. Got feeling no one could be bothered to help which is a pity.Best part is hotel reception, goes downhill after that.
