The property was more than adequate 4 star for comfort as the sofa bed was not comfortable for us this is subjective as everyone is different.
I would recommend this to anyone wanting a self catering holiday in Falmouth.

What a lovely little place this was. Not far from the town. You could walk in. If you struggle with the hills walking back the taxi fair was £3.60 which i thought was well worth it because i do struggle with hills. I know they have a washer but not sure if it drys aswel. It has Netflix and other streaamng channels.

Good stay, kitchen isn’t that well kitted out, so if you’re actually cooking it’s not so great - defo need a new set of knives, comfy beds, nice and clean! Good location
