Nice friendly welcome, nice hot tub, nice comfy bed and very relaxing. Only slight issue was the lack of room in the toilet, with it being so small nowhere to put your knees due to a hot towel rail and paneling under the sink. Otherwise a really nice place to stay, and will stay again if I’m in the area.

This was a wonderful week-long stay for us. Such a nice alternative to a regular hotel... we got to feel like we were borrowing a week of time just living in Bournemouth rather than just being tourists. The place is wonderful, clean and conveniently located. David and Precious are wonderful hosts that were attentive and considerate. We can't recommend highly enough!

Our second visit to Little Robin Gate and it did not disappoint. Such a warm welcome from David and Pumpkin. The accommodation is superb and immaculately clean. Opted for the jacuzzi room which was an excellent way to relax after a busy day. David thinks of everything and the little touches for dogs and humans alike we’re greatly appreciated. Communication throughout was friendly and informative. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Bournemouth with or without a fury friend.

Prioe to arrival all instructions for entry were sent in case Pumpkin didnt have her humam to let us in (she's only little and cant reach the door handle). However she was waiting at the door when we got there and promptly showed us round. The place is gorgeous and has everything you need for a comfy stay. We had the spa room and enjoy a couple of nice soaks before we headed off out. Room was plenty big enough and very clean. In the kitchen we had our area of the fridge to keep the basic we had brought woth us and bought while we were in Bournemouth. Its only a 15 minute wall to the town square so no need for taxis into town. Will be staying there again I hope

A lovely property, David and pumpkin were very welcoming. The only thing we wern't too keen on was the breakfast arrangment, we would have preferred a cooked breakfast.

A beautiful place to stay if you’re visiting Bournemouth or the surrounding area. Everything was perfect. Pre arrival information and communication was spot on and our reception on arrival by David and Pumpkin immediately made us feel at home. We stayed in the Spa room which I can highly recommend. The kitchen was exceptionally clean and guest ready. We chose to cook breakfast and take it to our room. David and Pumpkin were both on hand to ensure we had everything we needed. I can highly recommend Little Robin Gate as a warm and welcoming place to stay.

Little Robins Gate is amazing for a peaceful getaway. We had the spa room and the jacuzzi was great. The room was spotless and had some nice personal touches. Will definitely be staying again in the future.

We have just returned after a stay in this property. All I can say is WOW! It has everything you need. If you forget any toiletries the owner David has supplied a box in the bathroom with an assortment in. He even supplies eye masks and ear plugs. We stayed in the Spa room the bed was comfortable with extra blankets if needed and black out blinds. The TV showed Amazon prime and netflix. The bathroom is big with a massive jacuzzi bath. The whole property is spotless. I defy anyone to find any dust, dust or limescale ! It is also a beautifully decorated house. The selection on offer for breakfast was plentiful with about 6 different cereals to chose from as well as pastries, fruit, 2 different breads to toast and even 4 different jams ! David messaged me before we checked in to ask what type of milk we drunk. His attention to detail is amazing. Pumpkin is very sweet and likes to be fussed over. If we decide to stay in Bournemouth again we will definitely stay here again. We walked into Bournemouth in under 10 minutes and went on some lovely walks.

We had a lovely overnight stay at Little Robin Gate - we were well looked after by David and Pumpkin. Good information provided beforehand to ensure we got to the right place and could get in. David greeted us on arrival and showed us around. There is a common eating area and kitchen if you want to self cater. Lovely gardens to sit outside. Our room was the spa room which was very spacious. Lovely comfy bed with good linen. Great shower. Everything we needed was supplied. USB points for charging which is very handy. Tea and coffee in the room but also downstairs (and with real milk!). Continental breakfast to start the day. Located in a suburban area but a quick drive to eateries and places of interest.

Good location, greatest host, was able to use kitchen facilities.

We stayed for one night two adults and our dog. The property is located in a pleasant residential area easily accessible to the centre of Bournmouth. Both the room and communal areas are immaculately presented and . We have previously struggled to find good dog friendly accommodation in Bournmouth but David and Pumpkin made us very welcome.

Absolutely fabulous place! Situated in a leafy street with pretty gardens yet only a short walk into central Bournemouth. Charming hosts who couldn’t do enough for you! Welcome Basket, use of kitchen and facilities. Helpful advice provided. Everything in well-stocked room to a very high standard eg soft sheets, toiletries, drinks and snacks. Would definitely visit again and would highly recommend! Thanks David and Pumpkin x

I liked that parking is free (loads of hotels in Bournemouth charge up to £30 p/n for parking!). The property is stunning as the owner has spent 10 years renovating the property himself. He really puts a lot of effort into making guests stay a great one. It is immaculate and spotless which is a great comfort. Wifi is superfast. Great location and close to town centre and beach but still in a nice tranquil area (I have found many B'mouth Hotels to be very noisy from night time rowdiness)!. I normally book via another website (where the property has fabulous reviews) but it was cheaper on Expedia so I thought I would give them a try and was pleased with the ease of booking process. So I will be returning again with the wife to make us of the Spa Bath which is truely spectacular :)
