The receptionist is nice even show me to my room. Breakfast is one of the things you don’t want to miss. The location is great, with lots of bus stops around. I had a great time there.

Good value in during the summer high season. Around 10 mins walk to Angel station and easy to get to Kings Cross, not too far from the attractions as well. The room was simply a room, not fancy but enough for basic living. Breakfast was great, staff members were friendly too.

Have a student experience in LSE hall! Tranquil and cozy environment. I love the garden and vintage style building. And the most unforgettable is the breakfast. You can taste the traditional and delicious English breakfast here.

I booked this room because it was cheap, for London. The location is good, an easy walk from the train station and close to restaurants etc. But it's old, dated and pretty run down. It was not very clean and the shared shower was so dirty I couldn't even go in (smelled terrible, lots of mildew, piles of hair on the floor). And the water from the tap in the room wasn't even potable. The shared bathroom was so small you could barely turn around in it with a sink too small to even wash your hands. Definitely would NOT recommend staying here.

Check out time is 10:30AM, and they started to drive me out my room at 10:35AM. I understand they need to clean the rooms, but couldn’t they start from other rooms? Is it really the case that they have to clean my room immediately after the check out time? I admit that I should have checked out before 10:30, but I was exhausted and sick, so I was hoping they could show a little bit of understanding.
The cleaning staff were nice and friendly, but their manager was terrible—despite me still packing my luggage and the cleaning staff’s sympathy towards me and their unwillingness to enter my room, she forced her entire cleaning team into my room. I have never been treated like this anywhere before.
