Everything was fantastic. We cannot fault the owners and the colleagues that took care of everything. The only minor fault, would be a lack of WiFi in the rooms we were in.

It was friendly and okay for a 1 night stay

Rooms were cold, wet room shower meant to get to the loo you had to walk through the shower. Shower temperature was non adjustable.

Friendly and helpful welcome. We were given a room with a seating area as we arrived late afternoon. Spacious room and excellent breakfast. Quiet but overhead lights in car park shone into room at night.

Great place and great staff would definitely recommend.

I’d booked breakfast, however on the final day no breakfast was available and no staff available to complain to. This was because the building including reception was all locked up.

Staff were very welcoming, very friendly and extremely likable catered for my Vegan diet and the food quality was excellent. highly recommended and I'll definitely be going back

Decent room, very nice owner & staff, very helpful, quiet setting, but close enough to loads of places. Restaurant on site, good priced & food is excellent, breakfast was excellent too.

My stay at Lumb Farm was amazing the staff are so helpful, the food is lovely, I will certainly come again weather it is business or not. Thank you all.

The people here are lovely, but the room was absolutely freezing! It was 0 degrees outside but the electric heater in the room wasn’t enough to warm the place up and the bathroom only had a towel rail resulting in that room being even colder than the bedroom. Worst element of the visit was afterwards, they couldn’t give me a receipt on check out and said they would email it, have chased 4 times over the past 2 weeks, they never answer or return messages. I really didn’t want to leave this review as the people are lovely, but I need to get their attention somehow…. If they even bother reading this.

Lovely little hotel in a very quiet area, no noise from roads surrounded by fields. Very clean and spacious rooms and food good. Warm and cosy. Highly recommend
