We had a lovely friendly greeting on arrival and were made very comfortable and everything was clearly explained to us. It was a nice room and with a comfortable bed, a quiet road and nice location. Good value for money.

Friendly personal greeting. Everything I needed was provided in the room which was nicely appointed and very clean. I have no photos! This did not occur to me. The place is conveniently situated, being very close to shops, etc. Access and Parking are a little challenging on a person‘s first visit!

It’s a b&b, you will have to share bathroom with the other guests. While I take the booking it only shows the bathroom, but doesn’t specify it’s a shared bathroom. ( maybe I did not read the small print somewhere)

I was greeted upon arrival by the friendly owner and the accommodation was spotless, excellently presented and warm with a comfortable bed. Bathroom spotless with shower and bath

2 night stay for work. Was hard to find as it just looks like a semi detached house from the road that looks neglected. Host was nice enough and the place was secure with easy parking, but the whole property smelled of cooking/curry at all hours, even in the rooms; I had to sleep with the windows open which let in the noise of the busy road outside. No mention prior that it is a shared bathroom with everyone else, the bathroom is in a poor state with panelling falling off the wall at one point during a shower and bubbled/peeling paint in the shower area. I cancelled my booking for the following week as it's not somewhere I want to stay again, I understand it's £45 a night, but still. I just had to get on with it as raising any points wouldn't change anything during the stay. Checked out at 7am on the last day and went home, baggage and clothes I didn't wear had to be washed because it still smelled like the property. No offence intended, but this is my honest view.

Clean, comfy bed - handy for airport. Nice area. Chris a pleasant dude.

Property was very clean, people were helpful, area was quiet. Prebook parking as it is limited. Only downside was being a bit hard to find, I was expecting a sign but for others its right on a junction to a side road.

It was a perfect location for me to stay one night before a busy day at the NEC, which is just around the corner. Thank you.

The room was not great, found long hair on the pillow, leading me to believe the linin was jot washed after each stay. The person who let me in was very defensive about the facilities and regemental about the dos and donts, even though he could see i was staying over night for work. Will not be staying here again.

Arrived at a rzn down semi detached house. not a hotel. Almost went elsewhere. I arrived and was told to come back in an hour despite arriving within listed times. House smelled strongly of curry. No hot water or shower gel or shampoo or soap! I could go on but just avoid. very uncomfortable stay

It is a reasonably priced B & B in close proximity to Birmingham Airport so it is ideal for the no frills traveler who just needs a bed for the night before jetting off.

Excellent stay. Good communication. Friendly welcome. Comfortable, good sized and very clean room. No issues with shared bathroom. Quiet. Convenient location for my needs and excellent value.

Prompt comms in advance and helpful whilst staying too, by phone and text. Very clean room and shared bathroom. Exterior scruffy and communal hallway badly in need of lick of paint though. Quite noisy road, so if like me you like to have a window open you might need earplugs. Too soft a bed for my liking. Obviously they get a lot of uncaring customers since the rules sheet I had to sign upon arrival was really long with some unbelievable requests eg do not iron on the carpet or bed! The host did apologise but said they had had some really disrespectful young guests. Quite soul-less if travelling on your own as there's no communal lounge or any contact with others, just straight upstairs and to your room. Fine for a biz trip though as long as you don't mind a shared bathroom. If like me you need a bit of green space and fresh air, there's a large recreational area within 5 mins walk, just turn right and right again out of the property.
