Great location in the centre of Leeds. Room was quite small and quite cold but well equipped. Breakfast was excellent. Room service options very limited

Lovely hotel and staff. Great location too!

Smooth check-in, comfortable clean quiet room, but surprisingly lacked tea/coffee making facilities that are found in most hotels these days.

Check in dreadful. Receptionist had attitude as was training new team member. Given incorrect room. When rand down to raise this was met with further disgruntled tones and promise of calm back in 5 mins. After 15 mins I went downstairs to find receptionist dealing with other matters. She continued her belligerent attitude and moved us rooms. Still not a club deluxe room but bigger. Room was freezing (406) and air con poor. Dirty and found hairs and earrings on floor. Overall a bad experience. Have stayed here before and only considered this one but will certainly be using other hotels on my next visit to Leeds

Great stay

Room was freezing cold and no hot water when I went to take a shower the following morning.

Great stay, feels less corporate than a lot of the other options available.

Room was in poor condition. Towel radiator hanging off wall, strip between carpet and bathroom floor missing air con not working.

Only complaint was the bed being to hard. Otherwise perfect.

Room was OK. A few hairs around and in the bath from previous guest. It was extremely cold however and when asking whether it would get warmer at reception I was advised it is controlled behind somewhere and someone will look into it. The room remained freezing cold throughout the evening and therefore was hard to sleep in. Was woken up before 8am in the morning as contractors was banging about with what sounded like metal bars and poles and plugging in electrical items in sockets. Breakfast was amazing. Will not be returning unfortunately.

Receptionist was very friendly and interested in our stay. Room heating seemed to be an issue. Deluxe room was not as spacious as the previous one we had. Hotel itself is in a perfect location with very reasonable discounted parking close by.Might try another local Hotel next visit.

Bath in bathroom could do with replacement flaking paint and also plug adapter hanging off. Also the creme brulee for £11 was cold and not the best. The big issue was the parking. Parked at Q park went to get the discount in morning of checkout to be told it had to be prebooked? Parking cost me £39

Good location, near to station. The majority of staff were helpful and friendly. The room was badly laid out. Heating didn't work properly, . Scale in toilet was so bad it reduced efficiently. The room was noisy due to location near the lift. Breakfast was good. Bar and dinig areas quite low lit.

Beautiful hotel rooms are clean, stylish and comfortable. Breakfast was good and good variety. Staff polite and attentive.

Good sized room at sensible price. Great facilities. Friendly and helpful staff.
