Nice hotel, rooms clean. convienient area. some road noise in the rooms, but tolerable. nice bar downstairs

I stayed for one night for work. Room was spacious, clean and had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was central, close to shops and restaurants, feels & looks modern. The breakfast was nice and staff friendly & helpful. Will stay there again.

Great central location

I'd forgotten how dark Malmaison hotels are. Dark hallways, dark walls, dark ceiling, limited spotlight lighting. Comfortable room, but you need to like dark and quiet.

Lovely hotel

Excellent staff, really friendly and went above and beyond. The room was clean and lovely decorated and quiet. Also the roof top bar Sora was reslly good. Breakfast in the morning was as gokd as it gets. We would stay again.

Great hotel - staff lovely & welcoming. My room was fab. No parking due to city centre location - pre booked suggested carpark (Q Park Piazza ) worked well (but cost £37 for 1 night stay so suggest factoring that into stay) - lots of construction in Manchester atm (some close to hotel) but noise was not an issue - happy to recommend

Nice enough hotel but not sure it’s worth the money. Disappointing that as a resident you can’t get a seat on the rooftop bar as it’s always full, and it’s quite small. Breakfast ok but a bit limited.

Rooms are comfy and beds very comfy! Clean. Quiet and local to all amenities! Breakfast is the highlight here though it’s outstanding and the star of the show!

We had a really amazing stay. I booked the half board deal. Dinner, bed and breakfast. The food was delicious, I'm vegan, so good vegan choices. Lovely, attentive staff. We enjoyed cocktails on the roof top bar. A wonderful, unforgettable stay. The half board stay is excellent value. 💚

Greeted by a lovely welcoming man at the desk. The check in area is tiny and very basic considering it is a Malmasion I expected something more premium. The decoration over the bed made the room. Other than that I’ve stayed in cleaner Premier inns. Location was good but wouldn’t stay again.

Room, Reception staff and Breakfast OK, BUT it is an extremely noisy hotel in the guests/public areas with far too loud "music". Was told it was the hotel policy, and they wouldn't lower the volume. I thought we visited a decent hotel and not a discotheque. :-( Will not come again.

An excellent stay as ever. We go each year with dogs and they are fantastic at making us welcome and comfortable

It is an excellent hotel just as we would like expect Malmaison to be. Staff very friendly and helpful. Everything was brilliant.
