住宿地點處在鬧區的巷子內，人煙較少但還算方便，入住時要走到另一個巷子去找櫃台，不太方便。房間很大很精美非常棒的空間!但入住時須支付200英鎊的訂金，不知道何時會退還，這點令我有點擔憂。其他方面都很完美。

Lovely apartment with all necessary equipment for a few nights stay.

Started with chap on reception. Very helpful and considerate. Accommodation clean and spacious, a little short of cutlery but nothing that wasn’t an issue. Great location and quiet even though in city centre.

We haven’t stayed here for a few years and it’s not as great as it used to be. First impressions were negative - reception is hard to find, it’s only “open” 3-6pm and even then you have to press a buzzer to get in (which is not always answered), the reception seemed to be a meeting point for the cleaners to chat at which is not very professional and the lady who checked us in didn’t really seem to know what she was doing - she gave us the key but didn’t tell us the room number, she gave us a discount code for the parking which didn’t work and the directions she gave us to find the building for our apartment were incorrect. We booked the apartment 4 months ago and were disappointed to be given an accessible room in which the shower flooded the whole bathroom every time we used it! We weren’t even told at check in that it was that type of room! The apartment itself was fine. Nice and spacious and clean. It did lack a microwave and a bedside lamp and for some reason all the utensils were hidden in a drawer below the oven? The mirror in the hall also needs to be lower a little as it’s useless so high.

What a lovely stay we had. The apartment (206)was lovely,spotlessly clean,as was the rest of the building..Great location in the centre of the city,check in was easy and nothing like some previous reviews we’d read..We will definitely be back and will recommend.

A few challenges with finding the property...then being sent to another building...but the apartment is top notch...well-equiped and ultra-clean. Will definitely book it again when coming back to Leeds.

Our stay at Mansio Suites Apartments was absolutely amazing from beginning to end! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we could possibly need it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was ideal, close to everything It’s clear that the team at Mansio Suites takes great pride in offering a first class experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend Mansio Suites to anyone visiting Leeds city centre We’ll definitely be returning 😍

The apartment itself was clean and convenient. The lobby itself was mostly ignored and felt like a storage area. Being on the first floor was also not ideal because you could hear the random groups of teens mulling about at night. The neighborhood was peculiar and didn’t feel safe. When we first went to the room and back, 15 minutes, there were two guys checking out our rental car. As soon as I walked out, they walked off and said nice car. About 30 seconds later two people in a car came speeding in (it’s a dead end street), made eye contact with us and did a 3 point turn and left. Odd. Walking to a nearby restaurant, separate review and it was fantastic!, felt like some post apocalyptic ghost town. An occasional group of teen boys would pass but really no one else. This was the last stop before London of our 2-week UK visit, and the only place we did not feel like we could explore beyond getting food and going back.

Great location and good size apartment with 2 bathrooms. I'd suggest the owners of Mansio Suits to invest in a 4 seater sofa with a chaisse lounge side as the current 2x2 pers sofas not comfi. Otherwise no complaints.

After booking on Hotels.com we did not receive an email from the operator and only received one message asking is to confirm our arrival time. After confirming that we would arrive after the reception desk operating hours (6pm) we received no further communications. We messaged again but received no reply. On arrival the out of hours number did not answer and we were completely at a loss as to how to get into the apartment as the concierge and reception were also closed. It was only on the second desperate attempt to reach the out of hours support that we received instructions and govinto our apartment, some 30 minutes after arriving.

Overall, a great place to stay. In places, the apartment was looking a little tired; for example, the grout around the shower looks like it could do with a deep clean or replacing. The TV seemed to struggle with WiFi and the phone charging points by the bed didn’t seem to work. Plus, in the kitchen , one of the larger rings in the kitchen wasn’t working properly. All minor issues, but ones that if you’re striving for 5 stars, need improving. Make sure you check the location and directions before staying as like other guests have said, it’s initially tricky to find, but a great location all the same.

Excellent from start to finish, great location, spacious, clean, the only thing I would add its a couple of mugs for our morning cuppa.

Great apartments with all you need, right in the centre of Leeds. Slight challenge (as there are multiple buildings, across a number of streets) finding the one with the reception in and then going to the building you staying in.
