工作人员很友善 因我是早机到 她们还讓我提早入住 很感激 因坐完十几个鈡的飞机 很累 我住的是lower ground floor 地方都很大。只是那张梳化比较殘舊 建议他们換一下新傢俱便可把檔次提升一点!

The location is super conveniences. And safe. The day time front officers Ms. Marta Is super nice and amazing. Always greet you with the best smiling. And she always willing to help. Need to be aware that there is no housekeeping service on Sunday. And I do not really understand why the housekeeping never refill the shampoo and shower gel every day. We always need to ask teg FO bring it up when we are back to the hotel. The FO is 24/7. As said, Marta is amazing. Bit the night time FO often not in the area and have a super strong smell Of smoke. But other than that. It is a great hotel and a great spot to spend your time in London.

Great location within walking distance to museums, cafes and shopping. We were in a basement apartment with a nice kitchen and comfortable bed. Not the cleanest apartment due to the wall-to-wall carpets, the walls that had some stains that weren't cleaned and cobwebs hanging from the ceiling.

The unit was clean and the kitchen had most of what you need. We asked for a coffee maker b/c none was provided and they provided a French press. The second bedroom beds were very small, so not very good for adults but great for kids. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful and always willing to help us with our requests. Overall it was good, a nice quiet place, on a dead end street and we felt very safe and comfortable.

This property is a little spendy but it was clean and comfortable for my family.

Great stay in the ‘penthouse’ apartment with a family of 5 adults and an Infant. A crib was set up in the room when we arrived. Rooms were clean and spacious and the private elevator access was a fun way to come in and out every day. Grandparents had fun pointing out all the buses to the baby while we watched from the big kitchen and living room windows. Short walk to the tube and bus stations, V&A and natural history museums.

Comfortable stay for 4 nights. Location of building is excellent, walking distance to restaurants and the south Kensington tube station. Bed was comfortable, bathroom and kitchen had modern fixtures. Walls could use a painting. I would avoid booking a “patio” unit which is in the basement for several reasons: 1. It was a bit noisy since we were directly below the main entrance. 2. Windows and doors are locked up. 3. patio area is shared with another unit and just a dirty space not intended for use. Also bedroom door doesn’t shut.

The apartments are in an excellent location just minutes walk to the museums and underground. The reception staff are friendly and very helpful. They were flexible with timings and helped store our luggage for a few hours. The penthouse apartment is bright and airy, the beds comfortable. A washing machine is provided. The kitchen isn’t very well equipped with pans and the dishwasher is old and rusty, but we were able to self-cater without too much difficulty. Overall an excellent stay.

Great place. Very close to just about everything you need.... Just around the corner from numerous restaurants, and only a couple of blocks from the Natural History Museum. The staffed desk is a nice add. In unit laundry was also great.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment with a nice location, close to various forms of public transportation (train station, buses, underground). Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Also close to restaurants and markets. We were on the lowest floor, and had access to a courtyard - this was a small space with no furniture so was not much of an added feature. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

Tres bien situer dans une impasse au calme. Bien équiper, propre, tout ce qu il faut. Internet, machine à laver, cuisine etc En plein south Kensington proche de la station. Parfait.

아주 편하고 정말 친절한 곳이였어요. 런던에 가게 되면 꼭 다시 그곳에 다시 숙박하고 싶네요. 런던의 관광지하고도 밀접하고 교통도 편하고 생활용품도 쉽게 구매가능하고 식당가도 가깝고.. 직원분께 제일 높은 평가 드리고 싶어요. 돌아갈때도 우버가 안되서 애먹었는데 여자직원분의 도움으로 무사히 돌아올수 있었어요~ 너무 좋은 곳이예요~

Unter war überhaupt Nichtsein beschrieben. Wir haben uns für die Unterkunft entschieden, weil die Bilder, Beschreibung auf Expedia und die Bewertungen uns zugesagt haben. Leider können wir absolut nicht nachvollziehen, woher die guten Bewertungen stammen. Wir sind mit einem 5 Monate alten Baby und Kinderwagen gereist. An der Rezeption des Manson Place wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Dann kam schon leider der erste Schock. Man führte uns in ein kleinen Gang mit einer zu einer Kellertreppe nach unten vorbei an Hauskeeping Material und sonstigen Einrichtungsgegenständen des Hauses. Direkt neben dem Maschinenraum des Aufzuges (der wohlbemerkt immer leicht offen war) war unsere KELLERWOHNUNG. Als wir angemerkt haben, das wir ein Kinderwagen haben und wir keine Kellerwohnung haben möchten, entgegnete man uns, dass keine andere Wohnung mehr frei wäre. Bei dem ersten Betreten der Wohnung war ich Verwundert wie kalt die Wohnung war. Man musste erstmal die Klimaanlage anstellen. Die Wohnung im allgemeinen enstsprach überhaupt nicht den Bildern. Aufzug für uns? Mit Baby und Kunderwagen? Fehlanzeige. Wir mussten unser Kinderwagen gezwungenermaßen im Flur stehen lassen und drauf hoffen, dass niemand diesen entwendet. Zurück zur Wohnung. Der Ausblick war gegen eine Kellerwand mit Treppe, wo regelmäßig das Hauspersonal hoch und runterging und in die Wohnung schauen konnte. Das Schlafzimmer war ganz düster. Ein wirkliches Kellerloch wo es sehr stickig wurde wenn man nicht regelmäßig hat

Cosy apartment at a great location. The size of the apartment wasn’t bad for london, especially given the location. Situated within short walking distance of several attractions, as well as tube stations and many bus stops. The concierge is warm and super helpful. I would surely recommend this place anyone visiting London

Management was very respectful, nice, and helpful. The apartment was clean and well equipped.
