The minute we walked into check in..Andy was the first member of staff we saw...he couldnt do enough to make us feel welcome over our 4day stay ..hes an excellent credit to mardi gras hotel n bar..our room was clean spotless very comfortable 👌 amenities was excellent too ..on site home made food 😋 👌 entertaintment was amazing 👏 had the best time all staff r courteous very friendly n just carnt do enough for you ...making the stay warm n welcoming..definitely recomend to family friends ..in fact ive already done so...if i could give it a rating out of 10 ...it would b a 11/10 i. Looking forward to returning 😀 ty to all who made our stay extra speacial i applaud 👏 ur hard work..the bar n hotel looked fantstic with the chrimbo decs beautiful..i wish you all a very happy newyear with hopes of returning real soon 😊 ❤️ in 2026 ..claire &,shona X

Great LGBTQ friendly hotel. Bar at night is alive and breakfast is more than filing. Multiple visits for me and a few niggles on this one don't detract from an overall pleasant stay.

Hotel was shut when arrived. We were left stranded and later found out they close 3 days a week and we wernt informed.we had paod for the room and we are still awaiting a refund as the hotel is ignoring Expedia.

Below average. Loud and likely drunk customers in the bar below making their way upstairs and passing my room, waking me up. Cleaning girl knocked on my door at 09:15, asking what time I was checking out. I asked when was that. She said, 11:00, but we need you to leave a bit earlier!! Dated decor, tiny shower. No toiletries. Last resort.

Comfy bed, everything we needed in room. Bit too much unnecessary furniture in room but all good. Needs better extractor fan for the kitchen downstairs as bar area is attached.
Otherwise a great stay, fun friendly bar.
Would stay again!
