Convenient location, near underground station.

Very happy with our stay at Martel Guest House! Staff were all very friendly and communication was great before and post visit! Room was clean and tidy. Instructions were communicated clearly and no issues on check-in or check-out. One our party left an item behind of some value and after asking if the item was found, Phil got back to us the same day and confirmed the item had been found by staff. Agreed to send a pre-paid envelope to return the item and this was returned straight away! Great experience and would definitely stay again if in the area or visiting Wembley!

Stayed here to go to Wembley stadium. Great location - 5 min walk from Golders green tube station so it's easy to get to the hotel from Euston. Number 83 bus goes straight to Wembley and takes 30 mins. Some nice restaurants nearby too. Hotel itself was really nice, comfy bed, clean and air con was a bonus. Staff greeted us on arrival, good communication from the owner and our room was ready early which was great. Felt safe and slept well. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great one-night stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and had air conditioning, which was a big plus. Everything was well maintained, and the overall experience was excellent. We would happily stay here again!

You Do Not Want to Stay Here I was shocked when I arrived at the property. Even before I entered, it was clear the building is quite rundown. Empty planters with styrofoam in them. Weeds. Some loose garbage along the drive. Entering, there’s a lack of fresh air and attention to detail. I entered my room to find a tiny, rundown space. Needed to be aired, but the window is locked shut. The walls are scratched and stained, the desk and fridge / cupboard area are old and covered in bubbled paint. Bathroom door was sticky to the touch. Tiles damaged. No toilet paper holder. Sink drain was shut (pop up cover type) and I could not get it to open. Ended up with a sink full of water and had to resort to brushing my teeth with bottled water and spitting into the toilet. Trim has layers of dust. Keyhole so large - absolutely ideal for a Peeping Tom. I stuck toilet paper in the keyhole and hoped for the best. Arriving back after the concert the door code did not work and I was left standing outside for several minutes alone, in dim light. Attempts to contact the “Guest House” by phone were unsuccessful. No answer. Only after multiple rings of the door bell and the Ring bell did someone remotely unlock the door. No apology or explanation offered. It is not close to Wembley. It was about a 40+ minute bus ride, not including walking time. An uber cost between 32 and 48 GBP. Oh, the AC worked. Wow.

On site parking was a real benefit, we really appreciated the air conditioning too, as our stay coincided with a heatwave. Transport links are just a few minutes walk away. The hosts were easily contactable & check in was easy to follow. Would recommend.

The room was lovely especially appreciated the air-conditioning. The guest house has a none contact check in and out which was fine. A great sized 4 person room.

Amazing. So convenient for Wembley Stadium and great check in and out. Staff amazing. Thanks we will be back.

Great Parking. Great access to M1 Great access to London via tube (small walk) Great nearby food Small bathroom but powerful shower. Great comms (but no people)

Easy Check in. Parking was full when we arrived, but Phil kindly let us know of parking bays which were usable on weekends without a permit. Clean property and good location. 30 degree weather so the air conditioning was very needed, and easy to use!

Had a one night stay. Couldn't fault it. The room was lovely and spacious with the added bonus of air con. Lovely quiet neighbourhood and only a short walk to local shops and the bus/tube station. Would highly recommend.

A perfect base for a weekend in London, off road parking was just right, bed was very comfortable with great pillows, the ensuite was compact but worked well. Tea and coffee and good to have a fridge to keep drink cool. Definitely would recommend this establishment.

Arrived early the room was ready. Easy access instructions and friendly host. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Parking was available on the road although there was 6 spaces outside the house.

Shower room too small to accommodate the washbasin but all worked ok.

Perfect location, everything was clean bed ws comfortable - really enjoyed my stay, would definitely return.

Great location, with parking, clean room with very comfortable bed and helpful staff. Perfect stay for attending an event the Roundhouse. I would stay again and recommend to anyone.

Martel Guest House was a wonderful place to stay. We had a friendly welcome and communication was easy. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was also a great location and only a short walk to the Underground station making it very easy to get around. We will be highly recommending to friends and family and will be definitely returning for another stay the next time we visit London.

Room was clean, a little dated but suited our needs, location was excellent 5 minute walk to the tube station.

First thing, the room was covered in black mold in the bathroom. Informed the owner about it and he said “that’s not mold” “it doesn’t come off” yet still switched us rooms. The room he switched us to still had black mold in the shower and faucets. A piece of the caulking came off and it was black underneath. Beds are rock hard and the “queen” bed we had was just two twins pushed together. Multiple dirty areas in the room when arrived.
