The service was first class from check in to check out. The staff were friendly and very competent and rooms were kept immaculately and great flexibility with service etc. It is situated in a great location for all the best that London has to offer and Shepherds Market is a great spot on its doorstep

We stayed for 2 nights, family of 6. Special mention, Naim, did go above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He is the best

old property but no odor inside apt. big rooms, great shower, but A/C not working well . The location is amazing .

Very unattractive hotel, with an overwhelming smell. Kept our windows open to try to air it out. The only good thing was the location.

The apartment was cleaned very well every day. The gym was OK. I world stay here again.

Air conditioning is very basic during summer not enough. Kitchen is good

This property is very nice. The lobby was beautifully appointed.

The front desk staff were lovely and very friendly. Check in was literally 3pm, not a second sooner-so a tad frustrating that you can’t really check in early. The place was clean and beautifully accommodating. One poor note is there was nowhere for me as a woman to do my hair curling with mirror access. I had to makeshift something. Otherwise, a lovely stay and would stay again. Thank you!

The cost for 4 nights was acceptable. But not for the accommodations when we got there. Wheelchair accessible was difficult. Not the entry but navigating the doorways and hallway were narrow. The kitchen was ok but needed a few more/different pans and utensils to use with them. Also instructions for the washer dryer. The whole area of the apartment was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Though it stated 4 kings, there was one queen and 2 kings. The bathrooms, one is attached to a bedroom and has big jacuzzi and shower, sink, toilet bidet, no grab bar and not outlets. Lighting is bad over mirror. One other is attached to bedroom but needs outlets and a better grab bar. The third bathroom is in the hallway. Needs grab bar in shower and shower floor is very slick. Also unit was on ground floor which is street level and people walking by on sidewalk were easily heard. Lots of street noise. The best was location if you what to see changing of the guard and the palace.

Reception staff was really helpful and kind enough to allow us to check in early. It’s an older building with narrow corridors that open up to surprisingly large apartment. We especially liked the separate kitchen and living areas. AC worked very well and location is perfect. I will definitely stay there on my next visit.

We stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment and it was perfect for a family of 4. The apartment looked like it was recently updated. The area is close to everything and walkable to major attractions like Buckingham Palace,Piccadilly, and many places to eat or have a drink. I would highly recommend this place.

Excellent location! Friendly service. Interior was a bit outdated but comfortable and spacious. Perfect for a family of 5!
