服務非常好，房間整體清潔舒適，地點和早餐都ok,唯一美中不足是wifi稍為不太穏定。

The staff were very friendly. The location is close to Tate Britain and other tourist attractions. The room was a bit small. The days I went were Saturday and Sunday, the breakfast room was so full

The hotel has no lift and the room is of limited space, so it is not suitable for tourists with large and heavy luggages. But the hotel room is clean and cosy. The bed is so comfortable to sleep in. We particularly enjoy the breakfast served every morning.

A very nice, small hotel in a charming part of Lindon. Its family owned, and you notice it in the personal and friendly atmosphere. Absolutely recommendable

Room was clean and the housekeeping clean and fixed our beddings while we were out. Staff was so helpful inspite of checking in late. The location is perfect for first time tourists like us as it is near to some tourist spots like Buckingham palace, Big Ben, Westminster and London Eye. We just walked for about 15-20 mins to reach those places. The hotel is also surrounded with different restaurants and stores which is convenient by walking.

Staff were fine but the shower was a disaster!! We came back from theatre and my wife had a shower. The water filled up the tray and some debris came out of the waste/drain. I could not have a shower. At 5am the water had seeped away. I decided to use the sink for a wash. When I unplugged it all the watercame up into the shower tray!! I called reception and the manager came up with a rubber suction i cannot describe the filth that came up out of the shower waste!!!! We azked for some compensation but because we booked through you hecould not comply. We would like £50 refund to my payment card please.

Hotel owner and staff were very helpful and friendly. Lots to do and see. London Underground nearby and gives access to everything in town.

The hotel is conveniently located to the train station, the staff were friendly and helpful. There are restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Buckingham Palace is a short walk away. The property is slightly dated but very clean. The room was small, I shared a twin room with my son, but we did not have any issues and slept well. The bathroom is clean and the shower did not send water all over the floor. I would stay here again.

Great budget place. Very friendly and helpfull owners. The location was great for getting around and loads of good food nearby. We stayed a family of four and would come again.

The rooms were very small and dated . You could hear the tv and alarm from the next room. We do understand space is valuable in this area and reasonably close to activities; but a little overpriced for what you got. The shower head was small and didn’t work well. The room was very warm. The room was clean and staff/ owner were helpful.

Tiny room, noise from the street outside & the neighboring rooms, hot water in the shower took a good 3-4 minutes to appear (I thought I'll be taking a cold shower): frankly, quite dissapointed with the hotel given the price paid.

The cheap price

The staff was exceptional. We had someone in our group with a scooter. They went above and beyond helping us get it up the stairs to the hotel. Since the rooms are small they kept it in the office until needed. The rooms were small. Not really room for suitcases. We had to lift them up on the bed to get things out or in them. The bathroom was tiny. Barely enough room to shower. No room for toiletries. The table for the coffee pot doubled as a vanity of sorts.

Family run lovely hotel. John was amazing. Would definitely recommend
