Located near the Regent Park & few Tube stations. Beautiful rooms with high class feeling. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent.

The lobby and reception are great and there's welcome drinking. But the room has a design defect for the bathtub. The restroom is too small. It's an old style hotel room.

Great stay. While I encountered a leak from the ceiling in the bathroom, the hotel took care and gave me another room.

Nice hotel for city trip, had a bit of a musty smell in room

Very smart and modern hotel with premium amenities. We booked a level upgrade and the lounge access was great for our family group.

The room was noisy with next door very loud at 01.00, sound proofing needs to be improved.

Lovely hotel perfectly located for the London Underground. Hotel staff were great, really helpful. The room was lovely, clean and it was ready for us before we had even arrived.

Although we only stayed for a couple of days, we found the Hotel to be clean, well organised and the staff warm & friendly, which was pleasantly surprising for an international hotel. Room was comfortable, with modern amenities. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Annoying mecahnical buzzing sound in room 417 all night

This is such a beautiful hotel. It's clean and fresh and the rooms are well appointed. It's just off the main road but still incredibly peaceful and there are several tube stations very close by. The staff were wonderful and couldn't do enough for us and the breakfast was fantastic! So much to chose from. I would definitely stay here again.

Avoid this hotel. Had my worst experience here. Wife heavily pregnant and they had no parking even though it says they do online. Steps to the lobby which is very inconvenient when you have luggage. The room was also extremely dirty.

Hotel state it has parking and it doesn’t. Also hotel doesn’t have an wheel chair or pram access when you enter it just has stairs which lead to the lobby. The room we booked was £400 per night and it wasn’t cleaned properly so we checked out early and left. Definitely a 2/3 star hotel at best.

Great location, staff was pleasant, and rooms were quite functional.

The hotel was welcoming and had a nice bar and separate restaurant. As it was our wedding anniversary the hotel left us some chocolate cake on a plate with’happy anniversary’ piped onto it, a bottle of chilled Prosecco and a card. which was lovely 😊 The only downside was we had noisy neighbours that kept us awake quite late, but it might’ve been that there was a locked adjoining door because we could hear someone coughing the following morning.

We had an amazing stay at the Melia White House London during our summer trip! Our group booked six rooms on different floors, and from the moment we stepped into the elegant lobby, we felt like our vacation had truly begun. The staff were wonderful—special thanks to Yasmin at check-in for her warm welcome, and to the friendly concierge team for their great tips on exploring the city. Their advice made sightseeing around London so much easier and more fun. After long days of adventures, we loved relaxing in the hotel bar with its tasty menu and cozy atmosphere. The whole experience felt both luxurious and comfortable, making it the perfect home for our London getaway. Can’t wait to return on our next trip to London!

Situated in elegant area of London. Quieter location . Regents Park on doorstep. Good transport options within 2 minutes walk …. And only 20 minutes walk from main shopping and theatre districts. Staff welcoming and The level lounge best executive lounge experience we’ve had at a hotel.
