Really friendly team, good sized room and great location

We know this resort well and it continues to improve. The Mode hotel was excellent. We benefited from a special rate too but reflected that at full price this hotel would probably be our ideal choice of stay in this resort.

The hotel is in a good location close to the sea, about a 10min walk from the railway station, my room was comfortable clean, tea and coffee making facilities 2 different types of coffee 1 instant from a packet the other a coffee pods, bathroom was good also. I would stay here again.

Great views, limited parking. Executive room amenities were top notch. Wifi on our top floor room was a bit iffy, had to log in numerous times during our two night stay. Very nice continental breakfast. The executive bed was great.

Had a fantastic stay at the Mode we had a Sea View room with a Balcony and the weather was perfect and we sat out watching the stars in the evening. The room is functional with a good shower in the Bathroom and tea and coffee are provided in the room , I asked for some extra little milks and they were provided and delivered to the room by the lovely lady behind the bar/reception area. Breakfast is a continental style and was lovely with lots of choice and you could help yourself to as much as you wanted. 100% recommend to stay here at the Mode Hotel

Really nice location. Very pleasant and professional staff. Clean, modern and spacious executive suite. Easy parking....great bed. Food excellent. Nothing to fault...its excellent.

We wanted to change one date of the stay and wasn’t allowed due to the booking terms however it was the nature of the refusal and the what I felt patronising way it was treated therefore I would not return to this property

We booked a superior seaview room with balcony and we got upgraded to an executive room with a tiny terrace up in the eaves of the roof with only a seaview when you were standing when you were sitting on the terrace it was a brick wall and the window in the room was small and high. When we asked for the room we booked there was none available, we felt it was a downgrade. There was mould in the shower and the toilet seat was broken. The staff were pleasant and polite but no management were present at the hotel and no one from management contacted us during our stay. This was a disappointing few days away because of the room change

Great stay at Mode, staff friendly and efficient, easy check in, lovely room with amenities. Good continental breakfast, well stocked and dining room clean and tidy.
