This Guest house is a real gem! More like a boutique hotel. Our room was spacious, warm and beautifully decorated. Excellent shower with lots of hot water and great pressure! Bed was super comfortable. The Owners and staff were very helpful and friendly :) The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. Perfect location in Old town. Parking very close by. We will definitely be back! Thank you to all for a fabulous stay!

A wonderful experience! The room was absolutely spotless with everything in there that one needs.Fresh milk,fruit,yoghurts,water,tea and coffee bags and even pain eu chocolate! The en-suite was amazing,a huge walk in shower that had really good water pressure.I will definitely be staying there again …

Great staff, good location and affiliated to next door Pub/Restaurant - Porters so really easy. Super breakfast too. A word of caution if you are more than 6feet tall and have room 7 on the top floor……you can’t stand up in there !

Pleasant place but not great if you bring a car

The hotel is in a great location in Hastings Old Town close to shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, v. comfortable and clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful, including Porters next door (good wine bar/restaurant associated with the hotel). It’s a remote check in/check out but we were sent clear instructions ahead of the booking with a contact host to call when we arrived. Breakfast is also really good with full, vegetarian, and non vegan options. Can’t fault our stay at all, we really enjoyed it and hope to come back…

Amazing hotel in the old town near plenty of shops cafes and restaurants very clean large room, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast exceptional, We would stay again, but would pick a room with a shower not a bath

Amazing interior design and lovely location !

Excellent location. Given a warm and informative welcome on arrival. Room clean, toiletries and drink making equipment in situ. Comfortable bed and sufficient pillows and linen, Great to have a fridge in the room and milk for beverages. Breakfast was of a high standard and plenty of choice. Enjoyable stay

Warm, spacious and quiet room (top floor). Very friendly and welcoming staff. Nice made to order breakfast from a menu with a variety of choices. Great location in old town too.

I booked a room with a bath. I received a shower. The decor was fine. Bit dusty. Especially in the bathroom. In an are of bars. Very noisy at night.

I had a lovely spacious room and great en-suite shower room. It had everything you could want, fluffy towels and nice toiletries. A fridge with chilled water and fresh milk. Also a comfortable guest lounge with extra refreshments available. The staff were very friendly helpful and efficient.

We stayed for two nights mid week. Moore House is in the old town high street and has no parking space so had to park in nearby public car park which is only a problem if you have much luggage. Our room, on the top floor was very clean and comfortable. Loved the decor in the breakfast/lounge. Breakfast was lovely. Good choice and well presented. Danielle made us very welcome and is an excellent host.
