Great staff, good location and affiliated to next door Pub/Restaurant - Porters so really easy. Super breakfast too. A word of caution if you are more than 6feet tall and have room 7 on the top floor……you can’t stand up in there !

The hotel is in a great location in Hastings Old Town close to shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, v. comfortable and clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful, including Porters next door (good wine bar/restaurant associated with the hotel). It’s a remote check in/check out but we were sent clear instructions ahead of the booking with a contact host to call when we arrived. Breakfast is also really good with full, vegetarian, and non vegan options. Can’t fault our stay at all, we really enjoyed it and hope to come back…

I booked a room with a bath. I received a shower. The decor was fine. Bit dusty. Especially in the bathroom. In an are of bars. Very noisy at night.

I had a lovely spacious room and great en-suite shower room. It had everything you could want, fluffy towels and nice toiletries. A fridge with chilled water and fresh milk. Also a comfortable guest lounge with extra refreshments available. The staff were very friendly helpful and efficient.

We stayed for two nights mid week. Moore House is in the old town high street and has no parking space so had to park in nearby public car park which is only a problem if you have much luggage. Our room, on the top floor was very clean and comfortable.
Loved the decor in the breakfast/lounge. Breakfast was lovely. Good choice and well presented. Danielle made us very welcome and is an excellent host.

We stayed in at Moore House for two nights and it was lovely. The room was beautiful, breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. It is in a good location, with the old High St and George St nearby with nice little shops and places to eat and drink.
