Great location. Helpful staff

Good location, close to Underground Station and UCL, clean and decent room in a great location. Friendly staff.

Overall is good. Location is very convenience. The sink in room was sucked. No one fix it.

Our room is facing the backyard so it is so quiet and we love it. The room is spacious and the washroom is clean and nice. The atmosphere of the hotel is cozy. And it’s just a few steps away from Russell Square station. So convenient!

I stayed here for 12 days. Something I would recommend as follows. 1. Beware of the minibar and the things in the fridge. There were leftover bottle milk and full bottle drinking water which looked new but actually was opened in the fridge. The paper coaster was all wet and absorbed water. Apparently the cleaner personnel did not clean the fridge and the minibar. 2. Remind the front desk to clean the room. There were two consecutive days that the room was not cleaned. 3. If you need small accessories such as comb, disposable shower hat, etc, you should ask the front desk. I received this in the 10th night but before that these things had never appeared in my room. I was not sure if they forgot to put or they gave me a favor. So if you need you may need to ask. 4. I like the bed.

客室は余裕ある広さで、フローリングで清潔感もあり、施設も更新されていて快適でした。冷蔵庫あり。コンセントがいっぱいあったのもよかった。どこに出るにも便利なPiccadilly線・ラッセルスクエア駅からすぐで、高級スーパーのウェイトローズ、24時間営業の小型スーパー・テスコ、カフェのプレタ・マンジェなど近くにあり、便利。洗濯のメニューで1枚いくらではなく「4kg」という選択肢があって助かりました。スタッフも親切で、初日、11時すぎくらいに着いたのですがチェックインさせてもらえて、感謝です。よい滞在でした。

Room clean. Great bathroom, staff friendly and efficient

The hotel entrance is locked after hour. This was never communicated with me, even though I contacted the hotel ahead of time and told them that I would arrive pass 10pm. I had a brief packing moment locked out the hotel with nobody to help me. The hotel itself is good, but this part was not.

Small great hotel, perfect location. The service was impeccable, rooms are very comfortable, clean has all the amenities you need. They have a small bar - restaurant in the hotel with amazing service and great food. Highly recommended, we will definitely return

We had a great room with a large bathroom, so there was plenty of room for everyone. The staff was also very friendly and helped us with a bunch of minor questions and requests.

Loved our stay here, so close to everything, but not in a super busy area. Staff was nice, room was clean, and property was super charming.

バスローブとスリッパがあったのは良かった。 部屋も思っていたよりも広かったが、古い建物のためかスマホなど充電がUSB対応ではなくコンセントだったのが残念。近くに大きなス―パーもあり買物は便利、スタッフの対応もとても良かった。

A beautiful personal hotel in a fab position to walk to most areas. Small intimate library cafe served perfect breakfast. Staff incredibly friendly. The best ive met tbh. Couldn't fo enough for us Russell square is a pretty park with lovely cafe British museum just around corner

A bit pricey for a basic room but that’s London. Clean with all the necessities and excellent location.

Staff were wonderful! Clean room. We had a lovely stay. My only regret was that we didn’t spend any time in the cozy lounge downstairs. We will next time for sure!

Excellent friendly helpful staff, great location close to underground and walking to many nice spots, spacious room, nice bed, fresh bathroom, slippers and bathrobe.
