Stayed 2 nights. By 2nd day, my body was riddled with bed bug bites. Terrible experience.

No reception. Very small room that was advertised as Deluxe. No chair or desk to sit at. Very small shower that was not clean. Banister rail on stairs was loose and ready to come off the wall. Plug in wash basin did not work. All in all a 1 star hotel and probably the worst one I have ever stayed in.

On arrival, we were given a card to let us in to room number eight. We weren’t shown to the room. The hand rail was hanging off the wall on the stairway. Going into the room there was dust on the lamp. There was no chair in the room and when we pulled the covers back on the bed there was blood on the mattress protector. We were only given one towel and one hand towel and this was for two people not acceptable There were cables and aerial leads hanging from underneath the television which was mounted to the wall that is very dangerous The bathroom there was no handrails and it was dirty and the toilet paper was not toilet paper. There was no sheets of toilet paper. It was just one continuous roll. And the bathroom mirror wasn’t really attached to the wall properly

Lovely guy check in but room too noisy, next to main road cannot sleep, be very hot room no air con, single glazed windows so very loud and very bright room as no curtains, shared bathroom although very clean people walk there all night floorboards are loud bathroom is loud so keeps you awake. Not good for light sleepers or a need for quiet or dark.

Nice clean beds, big carpark across the street, convenient. Friendly staff. Great value . I would stay here again.

It's great value for the money, having to go to the bathrooms is a drag, especially if you've had a few drinks The bathrooms are clean The building well maintained Think there's 6 parking spaces, first come first served, but as it's a hotel with a restaurant next door, you would be lucky to get one Overnight parking is across the road, if you can work it all out, parking in Norwich is expensive Restaurant is only for Vegetarians Vegans

Good stay and very close to centre. However there's no reception/ service in the morning if you need something at that time because there's no one in the building manning the property.

Very clean and excellent staff Can here everything when people come in and the last night I was there wind was bad and the window kept banging against it self so only had about an hours sleep

Perfectly fine stay for a night, very good location for shopping in the city.

Water pressure for shower could of been a little better other than that friendly and clean place

Rooms above a Indian restaurant so noisy and windows old shash type with no secondary glazing so road noise all night only got 2 hours sleep

We slept ok but other guests were noisy throughout night

Very noisy, room not clean. See picture of mature Condition and insect Have strong strange smelling along the corridor and in the room. That place should be shut down
